#poplinchangedmylife Im honestly floored. Our washer broke and within 90 mins Felix the Friendly showed up, took my clothes and told me to enjoy my day! Whaaaaaaaaat was that??? A few hours later, Felix the Friendly returned with clothes folded so well, he should train Old Navy. My man is going to work in shirts that look like they were just issued to him. As an on the road truck driver that’s only home 2 nights a week, we got our family time back, a nap, and no peopling at the laundromat! Super impressed and will refer anyone that needs a service like this! What a treasure!

We utilize it when our family is playing catch up on a busy week or when our washer went down and needed to be fixed! It's so easy and for the price I just don't think you can beat it!

I never realized how much this could change my life. As an overwhelmed working mom with three kids we struggle to keep up with laundry because it just seems like they’re never-ending chore. You never quite feel finished with it. Being able to leave multiple loads on the front porch on one day and the next day they’re returned clean and folded is such a game changer. There is no shame in buying back some of your time especially with the busyness of today’s world. I love helping people to get there needs met. And it also help me add a little money into my family as well.

The process, the service, the ease of use, the fact that they pick up and deliver, great for the non driving disabled persons, the 24 hour service.

Before this service was offered it was very difficult to get my laundry done.

It is returned in several ways and you get to decide if the clothes are folded, hung and I believe pressed, not sure about this as I do not use this service but seems like I saw it was available.

I buy all cotton so pressing of not required.

Poplin is so convenient. No sorting, no fuss.
The 24 hours that my laundry was gone, I had several moments of exhilaration e.g,. Wow im sipping my coffee and my laundry is being done, I have time to go the park with my son because my laundry is being taken care of. As a single dad of two little ones, saving up for a car and juggling co parenting and full time work, this has been a life saver.
My last laundry pro forgot one of the bluey blankets my kids love to snuggle in and brought it back to us.

This was my inaugural experience using an online laundry service, and I was thoroughly impressed. Upon receipt of my garments, I did not anticipate receiving a handwritten note, a piece of chocolate, and the elaborate decorations employed in their packaging.

Website is clear and easy. Was was picked up and dropped off where I requested. Everything was neatly folded and bagged and on time.

I had used Poplin several times with an overall ok experience, but my last service a few weeks ago was the last straw (i’ve had plenty of orders delivered with very bad folding, to the point where I had to re-fold it, orders delivered late, etc.). This last time, they delivered to me, along with my laundry, someone else’s and charged me for it - it amounted to more than a third of the total weight - not a few extra pieces. Who knows if they lost anything of mine in the process. I had to go through every single item, many of which weren’t mine — including a stranger’s *underwear*— and they refuse to refund the full service. Took me an hour that night just to deal with it- definitely not the time saver they tout in their marketing. They wanted to give me a credit for future use and a partial credit to cover the amount I paid for the OTHER CUSTOMER’s order- as if I would ever trust them again. They repeatedly told me that they have a no refund policy, like it’s virtuous of them to stick with their policy - which means they literally don’t stand behind their service at all. If they really cared, they would give a full refund and not stand behind a shady policy. Please save yourself the headache - Poplin is not worth it.
