I was on the hunt for a Gaming Heads statue that is sold out *everywhere* in the UK, but happened to only find it on PopCulture UK. Initially, I was quite hesitant to order from this company since I had not heard of them before, and the purchase would not be a cheap one!

I went ahead with the order and was kept up to date with delivery status via emails. Customer service was fabulous and the (fragile) item arrived with no damage, so I am now one happy customer :)

I would absolutely purchase items from this website in the future.

Placed order halfway through January, was updated a few days later that the item is on preorder but should be with me by late February, still not recieved the order and no update since, but now they've asked to review my experience in late March.

Not long after I wrote this (the same day) I received a notification that the item had been dispatched, odd that. Upped to two stars, may increase further depending upon delivery time.

My package arrived this morning, well packed and fast delivery even by Royal Snail. Leaving a star off for the lack of communication after the initial delay email.

Ordered a funko pop from here which was carefully packed and i received great communication on when the parcel would be arriving.

Ordered a flocked chopper funko pop. Pop was packed very well with lot of bubble wrap and soft protector was included at no extra price. They used Royal Mail 48 tracked so it arrived very fast. Maybe only “issue” is that I have received like 4 emails asking me to review them on trustpilot but I understand they are not very known in the funko community so I understand the reason behind it.
Overall great service and will definitely order again.

Great service from the word go. One product was out of stock but I received an email really quickly letting me know, and confirming I still wanted to order. Items were meant to arrive at the end of Feb but arrived today (1st feb). Perfectly packaged, would happily use Pop Culture for all my Pop! needs.

Very easy ordering turned up 3 days later and was very well packed.
The boxs were in perfect condition.
The ones my son wanted was out of stock in over shops or they wanted 5x what there where worth im just glade I found this site had both the ones he wanted and was not over priced.
