If you need spare parts for their products don't bother buying in the first place as things will break and you will not be able to fix them forcing you to buy again!

We did respond to each of the emails we received, however, unfortunately every reply was returned to us as undeliverable, so it appears our responses never reached you. Wanting to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we sent the requested spare parts to the original delivery address without waiting for further contact.
Since your review was posted, we've also reached out again to try and resolve the matter, but we haven't yet received a response. We remain more than happy to help, and if you get in touch with your current contact details, we'll do everything we can to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Ordered popcorn
Ordered popcorn. Was meant to be next day delivery. Nearly a week later and nothing. Emailed them and they said Monday. It’s Monday and still nothing.
They respond quick on their emails though.

Love the prices
Love the prices. Unfortunately I ordered wrong size lid for my candy floss machine, also purchased here. The return process is not good at all. DPD advised me to get in touch with A1, which I did but was informed I would have to return by myself. It is a big box therefore not an easy task.

Delivery time is ridiculous, don't pay for next day
I placed an order on 25 October, paid for next day delivery & still received nothing. It was an item I'd bought for a Halloween party & very very disappointed in service & lack of communication. Hoping I'll receive full refund as obviously I don't need the item as not replied in time. Don't use this company unless you're happy to wait cpl weeks
