Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the PoooliPrint Z1 Color Photo Camera. We truly appreciate that you’ve already used and enjoyed our other Poooli products, and we regret that this purchase did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the image quality, the Z1 is designed as a portable instant-style camera and printer, so the print resolution is different from that of standard photo printers. However, the results should still be clear and enjoyable, and what you described does not sound like the experience we want our customers to have.

The Bluetooth issue you mentioned—especially the “region locked” message—is not expected behavior. In most cases, this can be resolved through the Poooli app connection process or by ensuring the correct version of the app and firmware are installed. Similarly, the 50-photo limit is part of the camera’s initial setup process and should be removed automatically once the device connects to the app for activation.
