Poomelo Arvostelua

very fair partner, even in the case of the order I messed up (I accidentally bought a non-magsafe case), he immediately helped me replace it. It's worth ordering from here if you want a quality product

Very disappointing! Ordered front and back phone case. My face ID is not working anymore and phone touch screen is affected as well. Asked for a refund or a replacement for a different case of the same value since I can't use the one that I ordered. And heard nothing back. They products look quite nice in ads but it doesn't really serve its purpose. And customer service is not very helpful.

Appreciated for your quick services. product in good quality and useable.

Very cheap quality will not use asked for a refund. Don’t be fooled by the adverts these are very cheap cases not sturdy as advertised can be snapped very easily.

Dropshipping Chinese crod

Selling €2 cases off of AliExpress and temu for €20+

Horrible awful quality, case is only couple of days old and the colour is already coming off ...

I Placed an order for my iPhone 16 pro max when I received it it was damaged I contacted them and they have helped me out by replacing and resending the new case I personally think we consumer must support online for us to gain benefit it works both ways I thank to the customer service for they honesty and loyalty support of customer thank you kind regards

My original purchase was not a good fit for my phone. I requested a refund as an exact replacement would not work. I was immediately offered a replacement of any other phone case. I found an alternative that fit and works great. I commend them for their good service. I am a satisfied customer.

It’s a chinese scam… don’t buy anything from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am writing this review for poomelo.com after I bought from them online via FaceBook their Anti-fall Shockproof Armor Ring Stand Case For iPhone for £17:00. Let me start by telling you that there is NO money back guarantee. After waiting two weeks for it to come from China, yes, it’s sent from China I put it on my new phone only to find the buttons on the side fail to engage the buttons on the phone so you can’t turn the volume up or down or use the camera button.

So I contact them, they take an age to reply but they just ask basic questions, send photos; it doesn’t work; it looks alright. Will after 10 days of this I’m fed up. They are not sending a replacement and they are not refunding me. Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The quality is cheap. I could buy a better quality cover for less on the roadside.
Very misleading and to return I have to cover the shipping cost.

Never buy from poomelo again ordered a phone case still waiting 11 days later only now leaving airport in china also left 2 emails only now received a response not even apology just a tracking number so probably another 7 days away so full refund be much appreciated and I’ll never buy from them again 😡

Product is not what is looks like on te website. It's super cheap plastic. Dont buy here. Some of the 5 star reviews here look obviously fake with all the talkingpoint they hit.

Instagram pictures look fantastic - Actual delivery nearly 3 weeks later - Cheap plastic case
Asked to return and am told have to ship back to CHINA - WTF ?
Yet they are selling as a UK site and do not clarify that unwanted returns need to be sent back to CHINA
BEWARE

Exceptional performance from this supplier.
I had a minor issue which was resolved very quickly - that for me, is the true test of how good a business is.

The case for my iPhone is of high quality and also looks great.
I’d be happy to buy again from them.

Great customer service. Had issue with case and immediately sent replacement. Product is as advertised with a minimalist feel.

Don’t waste your money or time and place an order as it does not turn up and get no answer from there 24/7 customer service !?!!
It’s a joke when after two weeks you email them to tell them your Item is in France when live in uk
Am still waiting for my Iran and an answer about this !?!?!?
PLEASE DONT ORDER OF THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

Very good cover and material and v.good looking for the iPhone

Exactly what I wanted. Enjoyed it so much, my husband needed one himself!

Quality of phone case is great! Description and color on point. I’m enjoying my case so much that I ordered another color for variety. Thank you!
