Pool SET 1.5hp PRO Pool pump

Great product, they were happy to discuss my concerns over the phone. Pump was delivered next day as promised and i am super happy with the quality. Install was easy and pump is super quiet and more powerful than the equivalent spec'ed pump it replaced.

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with, product turned up promptly and as expected, it was out of stock for a couple of weeks, but once it was back in stock, was here within a day or 2. They were helpful with technical assistance too

Pool Vacuum Head

The delivery was great and the product looked similar to the one being replaced. Occasionally the suction is too strong and the new vacuum head sucks completely to the bottom of the pool causing a problem. Ive never experienced this before.

Good and bad

Product wasn't in stock although no mention of this when I purchased. They claim they tried to notify me but admitted they sent that text to a wrong number. Would have marked much lower but when product did come in it was sent by courier instead of AusPost.

Great solar pump

Purchased a solar pump and it has been great. Significantly cheaper than equivalent pumps from other suppliers and works perfectly. Was easy to install and so far no concerns with its performance.

Communication is key

Communication is key, purchased the pool cleaner over night and I requested next day pick-up, asap.
Pool Set didn't disappoint, next morning received email stating item ready for pick-up, thank you for a pleasant transaction...
