Really disappointed with my experience with this company. I made my order on 11/08/2026. 2 of 3 parts arrived via DX a week later as expected, although DX failed to notify of delivery so it was lucky... Näytä lisää

Website clear and accurate, easy to purchase and delivery ok. Would have been useful to get an actual confirmation of the arrival date but it worked out in the end.

Really disappointed with my experience…

Really disappointed with my experience with this company. I made my order on 11/08/2026. 2 of 3 parts arrived via DX a week later as expected, although DX failed to notify of delivery so it was lucky I was home!
Called about the 3rd part, batted back and forth until finally I’m told a new part is being sent out with a different company. This part is now not due to arrive until 01/09/2026! My builder has moved on to other jobs and is now unavailable so my whole timeline is messed up and the weather has turned! It’s a real shame as the panels delivered look good, but without the parts they are useless! Not impressed overall and wouldn’t recommend due to massive delays and communication issues with delivery!

Slow.

Goods delivered in good condition, all fine there, but it took such a long time that I had to chase it up to find out where it was. Ridiculously slow for these days!

We was very pleased with service thegentleman who took myhusbands order was very helpful with him also was delivered on day we was told .we would recomend you to others .we was also impressed by how our order was so well packed to stop any damage .well impressed thank you p ward
