Poly & Bark Arvostelua

Getting a fabric swatch was key to make sure the color was right. Ordering online was easy. I was kept updated on the status of my sofa order. The delivery process was great. Kept informed on the date. On the delivery date I could follow the truck online and knew exactly when it would arrive. Guys were great in unpacking and setting it up. Love the new sofa. Well made, with great cushions, I would definitely order from Poly and Bark again.

I love Poly&Bark. As a designer, I try to source quality furnishings at a reasonable cost, and they always hit the mark. I bought 6 new dining chairs for my own home, and love them. The dark chocolate color is beautiful and easy to clean, and the shape of the chairs are comfortable and easy on the eye.

Great selection, beautifully crafted furniture, high quality, affordable prices!

The set of swivel chairs look great, but I’m not sure they’re really worth the price. The delivery part could’ve been better — we ended up having to bring the chairs down ourselves since the delivery team doesn’t do that. Overall, I probably wouldn’t buy them again because the quality just didn’t match what I expected.

Easy to Order - Delivery was difficult with the provided delivery company

The ordering process was seamless—we placed our order online and received the couch about three weeks later. It looks beautiful uncovered, though we usually keep it protected since we have two small dogs and want to avoid scratches. As for comfort, I’d say it’s fair.

We ordered a brown leather sofa. Very happy with the order! Sofa is great quality and perfect size. Well-made. The order arrived very quickly. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

The purchase experience was easy and the sofa was actually in stock and ready to ship! My leather sofa is high quality for the price point and is very comfortable. I will shop with Poly & Bark again.

The sofa arrived quickly, the drivers took great care bringing it inside, and it is absolutely beautiful! It has that “old money” look that I searched high and low for. The color is absolute perfection. I’m in love!

Everything was seamless. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery of a couch and two chairs to our living room was perfectly smooth. We are enjoying the style and comfort of our new furniture.

I wrote a negative review about a sofa that I purchased and they deleted the review from the website. Not cool

The sofa is incredible! So comfortable and made very well. The communication and customer service is great! I highly recommend doing business either this company!

I purchased a leather sofa and chair from Poly & Bark. The quality is exceptional as well as the delivery. I highly recommend and will purchase from them again.

Great sofa, very comfy. I think it’s going to hold up well. The fabric is soft and has visual depth.
Price was great, delivery was fast. All we had to do was install the legs. Easy!

Great chairs! The quality is amazing. Super happy with my purchase. Ordering and shipping was excellent too.

Entire couch-buying process was great. They did a great job of communicating every step until we got our beautiful couch which was even better than we dreamed.

Fast shipping and product matched description and quality is as expected! Love this piece and I know it will last years and will only look better with age. My Frenchie has a sensitive back and I wanted something for the end of our bed that was both stylish and functional he could use to jump up and down. The minor scuffs he has already put on it have only added character and depth and I am very pleased with this purchase.

The quality of this leather sleeper sectional is outstanding. The construction is sturdy and the materials are comfortable and soft. We love everything about this couch. It beats everything we have seen at our local furniture stores.

I’ve never seen a more responsive customer service center. I contacted them multiple times & they were always polite and answered my questions. I ended up exchanging my couch and the process was seamless. Great quality in both items!
