Polovault is a small business based in the Netherlands, driven by a passion for retro style and a particular love for Polo Ralph Lauren’s iconic Big Pony designs. Our mission is to make it easy for enthusiasts and collectors to access a wide range of authentic Big Pony polo shirts, long sleeves, and zip styles all in one curated space. These distinctive polos were originally manufactured in the early 2010s and have been out of production for several years. As a result, they have become highly sought-after by collectors and fans of the brand around the world. However, their rarity has also led to an increasing number of replicas circulating on online marketplaces. Most consumers struggle to distinguish between genuine items and high-quality fakes, often purchasing counterfeit polos unknowingly. At Polovault, we address this problem by offering only 100% authentic Polo Ralph Lauren Big Pony products, sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. Every item undergoes a thorough legitimacy check before it becomes available in our store. Authenticity is not just a promise, it is the foundation of our brand. Our carefully selected collection is updated monthly, ensuring fresh stock and new styles for our customers. By focusing exclusively on this rare and collectible line, we eliminate the need to search through countless platforms and listings. Whether you're a collector or just discovering the Polo Ralph Lauren Big Pony style, Polovault is your trusted destination for genuine pieces.

Ridiculous shipping wait.
Ordered it on 4-20 because I needed it by 4-25 (which SHOULD HAVE been more than enough time to recive it) . I had zero shipping notifications until 4-27. Went back & forth with customer service 10-15 times but still couldn't get faster notifications or shipping information. After numerous emails , I was told that I would get a partial refund but of course he never got back to me or gave me a refund & I'm tired of emailing back & forth. I finally got it on May 7th & the packaging was all beat up but the fridge was in good shape. Although the product appears to be great their Chinese shipping is horrible.
I should've just gotten the Amazon brand instead of waiting 2.5 weeks to get it.

Dear Ted,
We’re sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us.
We have read and responded to your emails, but it seems that our replies may not have reached you. Regarding the shipment, we will be filing a complaint with our shipping provider PostNL. As we ship worldwide from the Netherlands, delivery times can sometimes be longer than expected. However, it is certainly not our intention for a shipment to take significantly longer than anticipated.
We also sincerely apologize that your package arrived in poor condition. This is unacceptable and will also be addressed with PostNL.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us by email so we can work towards a suitable solution.
Kind regards,
Polovault
