Scam. Ordered pants and it has been over a month with zero movement. They are ignoring my emails to cancel and refund order as well. Lost $60. STAY AWAY FROM POLLOGIE

BEWARE OF SCAM!!!! THIS SELLER IS A CHEAT!!!! DONT LOSE MONEY BUYING HERE. WRITING THIS AFTER PURCHASING 400$ WORTH OF CLOTHES AND FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM FOR OVER 1 MONTH.

This company is a SCAM. It has been over two weeks and they have not even begun to process my order and i have paid them extra for the expedited shipping.

Ordered a jacket a month ago …. Still hasn't shipped! Messaged pollogie, they keep giving me the runaround!! Might be a scam!

I spent $98.88 on a jacket from this website one month ago, but I have yet to receive it. I also complained about it and received a response, but I have yet to receive my jacket or my money back. I have asked for a refund, but there has been no response.
If anyone from this company reads my review, kindly provide me with an update regarding my concern. This was the first time I tried it, and I had a negative experience.

3 weeks jacket still not shipped. No response from company. Worst company ever

I ordered express shipping almost a month ago and do not have a single update about my order. Their customer service is not answering. Worst experience I have had buying clothes online.

A blatant scam. Never buy anything from FB adds and always buy via PayPal so you ca get your money back. This brand of scam pure and direct - takes your money straight away, no shipping info, no any communication with the company, PURE OLDSCHOOL SCAM... Erase this brand and its twins

It's a scam, luckily I used PayPal for payment so I got my money back.

I still have not received my product and it has been 1.5 months.

Placed my order, way back last month. Scam site no response. Wasted 100$

*no washing instructions- no tags citing what it’s made from or of
*took a lonngg time to get delivered
*actual product is very far from the ad photos
*messy- looks like it was dragged on a dusty ground

I placed an order on Nov 28 and haven't received any tracking number. The helpline number is not in service and they haven't responded to 3 emails I sent to the customer service department. I am more worried about having been scammed now than actually receiving what I wanted. I am open to suggestions/ideas on it may be possible to get my money back from these guys. Any help is appreciated.

Scam site, do not give them your money. Placed an order on 11/3/22. Still have not received shipment confirmation as of 12/1/22. Multiple email attempts have gone unanswered, and the phone number listed on their website is not in service. I disputed the charge with my credit card company today.

After 5 emails to Pollogie, I received this response: “This is Cristy from the Customer Care Department.

Thank you for contacting us! I just wanted to drop you a note letting you know that we have received your order and that it is in processing. Within a week, you should receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you don't, let me know, and I'll try to rattle some cages for the info.

Just enter the tracking code to receive the latest comprehensive details showing everywhere your package has traveled to get to you.”

I checked again a few days later and got this email, “ This is Cristy from the Customer Care Department.

I am sorry to have to tell you that we're late!

I sent a few more emails to check on the status of the item. I can see in the shop app that it hasn’t even shipped yet this 4 weeks after placing the order. I then sent several more emails to cancel the order… After the 6th email to cancel the order, Cristy from “customer service” tells me I can’t cancel the order but I can just gift it to someone on my Christmas list!! What??? Who are you to tell me to gift something that was intended for someone else to another?

I should have read the poor reviews before I ordered anything from these scammers! Stay away and do not order anything from this “business”!

Nach über 6 Wochen noch immer keine Ware erhalten. Der Support schreibt jetzt nurnoch automatische Emails da sie angeblich zu viele Anfragen bekommen. Keinerlei Kulanz gegenüber den Kunden selbst auf Nachfrage.
