I’ve been with pollen for a few years now recently speaking with Dr. Gavin Macauley, and by far by a long reach one of the best doctors to speak with. He listens and really puts in an effort to help you reach your goal. I highly recommend Dr Macaulay.

I recently joined Polln after leaving Easykind which I now regret.I paid 380 for a Mighty Medic last year there. despite Polln claiming to be Australian - their Vape prices are very unAustralian, charging clients full retail prices ($545 for the mighty) with no coupon codes for new clients. Do yourself a favour and ask any potential Clinics what they retail the mighty medic for first, as it is probably a good indicator of their ethics (profit driven?) overall.

Terrible company to deal with, do yourself a favour, avoid

The best of the worse to date. Just another scam cannabis business who fluctuates consultant fees like a ' tv sale ' . They do most times use pharmacies that don't rip you off but no guarantees until the shock comes when the prescription is done. Ask pricing before consultation/ordering.
My advice is to self medicate and grow your own.. vote for decriminalisation

Just want your money, they went ahead with an appointment knowing full well they weren’t going to prescribe what I needed because of past medical history, total rip off and immoral.

I recently switched from another company that outsourced all of its admin work overseas, which made it difficult to connect with anyone familiar or consistent. When it comes to health, I personally prefer my information to stay within Australia. It’s not about being discriminatory — I just believe that confidential health discussions should be with someone who truly understands the Australian medical network, and MC within Australia. From my very first interaction with Kailee, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. She was kind, professional, and attentive. The nurse, Cameron, was equally wonderful — he took the time to go through my medical history and recommended a consult with Dr Bruna Leite, who was exceptionally professional and focused entirely on what was best for my health.
I can’t recommend the Polln team highly enough. They’ve been fantastic from start to finish, and I really appreciate that I’ve been able to continue using my regular pharmacy of over 15 years, something my old clinic wanted to stop. I also noticed their prices match the RRP listed on CannaReviews and Catalyst — a reassuring sign that they’re not out to take advantage of vulnerable patients, but instead genuinely care about providing fair, transparent service.

Both Doctors and customer service have been so helpful and easy to talk to.
They dont answer the phone most of the time but they call you back not long afterwards.

There is no other medical General Practice or Holistic/alternative medication available from a practice that you feel has your health interests are at the forefront like you feel at pretty much immediately into your 1st consult.
Luckily for me I am Dr. Gavin McAuley's patient.
Gavin has a heart of gold, issues come to the surface easily, you find yourself saying and advising more than you have before, Gavin is a wonderful listener, all the while as your different ailments albeit mental or physical you are talking about, Gavin's unbiased opinions and assistance is 2nd to none.
All the while Gavin bases your medical conditions he puts together a blend for your ailment (new or ongoing), a prescription is done there and then and emailed through, having their own pharmacy does add further ease and lightening fast delivery.
I have been unwell for 14 years and no other Dr. has been really able to help.
With my new more holistic plan put together by Dr Gavin McAuley I already feel more energy.

I have only had positive experiences with Polln. I have used this service for quite a while because of its reliability and very understanding doctors.

The doctor was extremely helpful in suggesting products for my concerns. Wanted to deeply understand what I needed and spent time listening to me. The doctor also went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to have my prescription filled quickly. Highly recommend.

I've been with Polln for few years now. I didn't mind the process and the Doctors. The prices are competitive and ranges are plenty. The only issue i have with are the delivery process! I can't get 2 deliveries in a row without some hipcup. When one does their job, the other don't. Almost impossible to have phone answered in 1 attempt. Always leave your number and we'll get back to you! Perhaps they someone in the ladder should charge little less and find another receptionist to answer the phone? Also Perhaps same person can make sure the deliveries are treated like extra ppl pay for, EXPRESS POST?
After taking all the considerations and accommodating for their delays you still can't time it right in sense you're sufficiently or at least have enough for the next order due to their incompetentencies.

Extremely disappointed, phone calls never answered, and orders arrive late or not at all, my vape self-depleted despite no use, and second shipment was delayed with no response unless I paid again. Costumer support is non-existent. I saved time money, and stress by switching to different provider. Do not recommend.

Poor service from incompetent doctors who don’t send through the prescription which has been discussed and a “care” team who do nothing. Cannot speak to a manager after numerous phone calls and no call backs after leaving messages on the answering machine. The staff are rude and just say to send an email which gets no response anyway. How does this business survive?

First time to Polln, as a cancer patient and thought I would try pain and anxiety relief. Made a booking and paid the money . They never fulfilled the consultation. Needless to say it hasn't help my anxiety.

As others have said, this service has gone completely downhill. What began as the occasional shipping delay or a prescription for a medication out of stock at their own mandatory AirPharmacy has turned into a nightmare.

Now, medications don’t arrive at all.

After calling their so-called “Care” team, you're made to explain the situation again and again, only to be told “the pharmacy will get back to you.” They never do.

Over a month of emails, images, and even returning the medication that did arrive — and they’ve still dodged all accountability. No refund, no replacement, and now no response.

I’m left out of pocket for the order, out of scripts, and completely abandoned.

They’ve stopped replying to emails altogether. This isn’t just bad service — it’s actively harmful when it comes to your health.

Not to be trusted with your business — let alone your medical care.

Amazing clinic, doctors and admin staff are so kind and caring. I’ve got insomnia and the gummies I’ve tried with Polln have worked so well for my sleep

I've been really patient with this clinic and after being let down over and over again over decided its time we go our separate ways. If you need this medication daily I'd suggest you try a different clinic. It's been very difficult to access my medication even though I havnt gone over any limits. 0/10 I will have to try other clinics now

POLLN SHARED OUR PERSONAL INFO without permission.. ..this is a crime and i suggest CLASS ACTION.

My scripts disappeared after 6 months, called them said scripts are only valid for that time... Just disappeared. Had 2 repeats. Now have to book another consultation at $110.. It's all about the money, no care at all.
