I’m very disappointed with the service from PolishTVCompany. The streaming constantly freezes and the programs keep skipping or jumping, which makes it almost impossible to watch anything smoothly.
For a paid service, I expected much better reliability. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience. I hope the company improves their technical performance and customer support because right now the quality is far below expectations.

Nie polecam!!! Po zakupie abonamentu przy internecie ze światłowodu aplikacja nie mogła wyświetlić mi żadnego kanału. Na polączenie z ich linią obsługi czekałem 15 min, łączę połączenie trwało 20 min za które przyszło mi do zapłaty 30€ (numer infolinii jest z Ameryki), więc jeżeli zapłaciliście 10€ za abonament nie warto fatygować się o anulowanie i rekompensaty. Nie polecam!

Terrible services . I order 3 day trial to see if it is worth it.
5 hr. later still did not receive any access codes. Sent them massage with question when i can expect codes since they charged my CC moment i order it. I got answer after 5 mins. "Sent". Nothing more, just that. Problem is i did not received anything. Waited over 1 hr. and checked email 3 times. Nothing ,not even in spam folder.To be honest 99 cents it is great price to find out that this is scam, company that provides terrible services. I will make sure that all my friends and family stay away from them. If you look at site they guaranty 24 hr. service and yet i still wait for answer for my second massage and its been 30 mins. I contacted PolBox in mean time and not only got 3 days free to check it out it was up and running within 20 mins.

There's no other service worse than Polstreamtv. Every 10-15 seconds there are signal interruptions or total signal loss and I have excellent quality - 500 MB internet speed connection.
I used to have Polskytv for 6 years and their quality of signal was much better.
I'm going to switch back to polskytv after my 1 year contract with Polstreamtv is over

Polbox od pół roku nie funkcjonuje normalnie ,cały czas się zawiesza, Szkoda ponieważ mają dużo programów i filmów ale niestety rezygnuje bo szkoda nerwów i pieniędzy

Polbox’s tv w Australii to porazka, nie polecam. Programy sie zawieszaja, teraz znikl kanal 7. Dalam sobie przerwe na jakis czas I znowu glupia wykupilam pakiet. Bad mistake, dla mnie to oszustwo. Czy jest tu ktos z polonii australijskiej, macie panstwo jakies namiary na polska telewizje? Czasem sie przykszy ale tym oszustom juz nie dam na sobie zarobic

Dobrze że wyprŏbowałem działanie Polbox-u bezpłatnym trzydniowym abonamentem. Programy ciągle się zacinają, totalna katastrofa. Za takie „coś“ płaciċ? Nie.

I do not recommend Polix TV to anyone!! They write and promise a lot but do not at all helping. Polix TV app has a lot of MINOR BUGS. It can drain the battery in your phone in 40 minutes. They write that they have 24/7 service, this is not true either, because you have to wait up to 4 hours for a conversation, and even longer for a text message.

It is like we live in the past

Very poor service the worst polish TV on US market weisted mony for that service I purchased subscription for one year and during one month of service at least 2 weeks without programming other time problems with freezing of picture and waiting for service to respond

No communication at all! Website down, phone number doesn't work... no service whatsoever. Scam

Please find someone else to do business with other than PTC. Nasty customer service if you are lucky. Most of time terrible attitude and should should be an example of how not to do business. Lot better provider out there.

Being a valued costumer for the last nine years, now having such a bad experience with Polish TV Company.
Cannot watch any of the providing channels for more than 5-10min (picture froze).
A technical department motivating this issue with an internet provider.
After contacting my internet provider and replacing modems and router twice, still have the same problem.
I wish a Polish TV Company will be able to provide the same service like 9 years ago but as for now one star is way to much!

Od wielu lat korzystam z usług POLISH tv Company, oczywiście mam zastrzeżenia, ale rozumiem ze potknięcia zdarzają się wszystkim. Są naprawiane szybciej lub trwa to dłużej, ale ostatnie zaniedbanie doprowadza mnie do szału. Od prawie miesiąca tylko Polsat ma uwidoczniony program natomiast resztę programów trzeba oglądać na wyczucie (brak uwidocznionego programów w miejscu na program, jest tylko pełna godzina i „watch the archive program” Tak od miesiąca wyglada każdy kanał. Dzwoniłam, pytałam za każdym razem jest ta sama odpowiedz „pracujemy nad tym” tylko niestety bez widocznego rezultatu. Bardzo bym chciała otrzymać odpowiedz jak długo to jeszcze potrwa??? A może jakaś rekompensata za tak długi okres niemożliwości korzystania z usługi..???

Polbox zacina się , zaraza obraz , oglądanie jest przerywane na 2-4 min a potem wraca na 1 minutę i ponownie . Sprawdziłam wszytko i połączenie z internetem jest ok. Inne kanały jak Apple czy Disney działają bez zarzutu Oglądanie polbox jest nie możliwe ! Nie ma żadnej strony z kontaktem telefonicznym . Przejrzałam wiele stronę i żadna z nich nie ma kontaktu tel gdzie można połączyć się z żywa osoba ! Czuje ze usune polbox bo jest to scam!! Oszukują klientów i chowają głowę w piasek ! Polbox to oszuści !!! Nie polecam polbox .

Mieszkam w UK. Kiepska oferta kanalow w stosunku do ceny. Kompletna klapa.

I got a phone call from polishtvcompany asking if I had a problem?.. Wow are they too late by three weeks Very Very poor service and they are hiding seeing they are getting in trouble for some kind of copyright infringement?
