Will was especially personable and ver professional he helped me in choosing a plan that would best fit me, providing several options. He was prompt at following up, making sure of my understanding and answering all my questions. It was a great experience.

I am new to the health insurance marketplace, having been covered by my employer until recent retirement - so I was nervous when I called a broker, (American Policy Insurers), given all that I don't know while purchasing my own insurance for the first time. William did a great job explaining all the options that were available and hi-lighting those that seemed best, based on our phone conversations. He also provided all the necessary links to save me time in researching what we talked about for myself. In addition, my parents in Assisted Living also needed information to transition out of their own prior plan. He did a similarly fine job explaining the complicated details in patient ways that made sense to my aged parents. I contrasted this experience with my parents to their experience last year with an insurance agent which, while nice enough, just didn't have the same capacity to explain the complexities in such a way that made sense to novices like us. We walked away with a plan for them that we understand and are happy and comfortable with. I certainly do recommend William Carter, American Policy Insurers, to help navigate the complexities of the health insurance marketplace.
