Polarity Electrics London Ltd Arvostelua

Turned up when he said he would and did a really good job we now have lights!!
Thank you very much.

Work was an electrical check on a rented property, easy communication via e-mail and good price. I did not attend the property for their visit my tenant did and reported they arrived on-time and confirmed orally everything was OK.

Good service provided, James was great

Polarity initially made an appointment and very quickly changed this to a later date as they were too busy. When the guy came to fit lights outside he couldn’t do the job as there was additional work to do on the cabling. I was promised a revised quote and didn’t get one and then I received an invoice from local hero’s where I had initially found Polarity for work which wasn’t completed. Not happy

Polarity Electrics were the only business who contacted me following my online enquiry to multiple people (impressed me despite them not being the cheapest). They made the process easy and stress free. Definitely recommend!!

very good - did thorough check and explained works to be carried out and professional. Thanks.

Very easy to contact.
Kept me informed of changes to person coming to do the job.
Contacted me to confirm appointment and let me know on the day engineer was on his way.
Efficient service.
Clearly explaiened what had been done

The appointment was well organised but I had to remind them to send the report of inspection.

Great service, 100%+ recommend

An honest approach and a clear guidance of what else is need of doing. I would only take half a star down for the slight delay with no prior notification.

Arrived on time and completed everything very quickly and tidily. Very professional.

Easy way to order service and quick. Also very reasonable in comparison to other sites. Completed task, polite and competent

Fantastic company to deal with, upfront with costs, willing to work around our schedule, excellent communication throughout, nothing too much trouble and, what we consider to be a fair price for the works carried out. My contact was Julia, she instantly understood our needs and tight timescale and acted swiftly to get the works done, and, kept us informed throughout.
We are based a long way from where the work was taking place, so that communication was very important to us.
Highly recommended.

all OK, apart having to wait a bit more than expected (and to make a couple of telephone calls) to receive the certificate

Less work needed doing than originally thought and quote reduced accordingly.

The Polaris representative came at the time provided and quickly and efficiently performed the work requested. Very happy with the outcome

Lincoln arrived dead on time, was really polite and got on with the job quickly. He was very professional. Admin staff before and after the job were also very helpful. Will continue to use Polarity for all future electrical works.

Polarity were professional & polite, however do not accept card payments only bank transfers which is a bit limiting. Hence 4 star.

As far as I can tell the work was completed as expected & to a safe standard, but I'm no electrician, relying on Polarity for their expertise.
