Although a little later than…

Although a little later than arranged,they did ring ahead to let us know.
Visit was painless and over in 45 minutes. I would recommend this company for the reasonable price and satisfactory work carried out.

Fantastic service and communication would highly recommend

Communication was fantastic from the start offering an appointment to fit around me. A call from the engineer to say he was in his way and an immediate receipt upon payment . My engineer was very professional and explained everything clearly . Pricing was simple and straight forward
I would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again

Video door bell

The electrician arrived late, that’s not a big issue. What’s disappointing is that I asked for them to install a Nest Hello door bell; the first thing the electrician said to me is (we don’t install these, we normally install Ring. I hope it doesn’t require a transformer!!), I asked if he has a spare in the van, he said No?!!
Luckily it worked, but because of the lack of transformer my door bell now goes DING rather than DING-DONG.
Now, if you know you’re going for a job that requires a transformer, why not bring one!!?

I immediately regretted not going for one of the Nest Pro installers, but I corrected this when I bought another Nest door bell for my father in law.

A good all round service

Competitive price, followed up our after my initial quotation.
Helpful correspondence with Harry and Tyler along the way.
Call in advance to say electrician was on route.
Electrician Lincoln was very polite, thorough and returned my electrics survey within agreed timescale.

Very happy customer.
