Polar dive USA has the top of the line product. Easy set up. Super quite chiller can Hardly hear it running! Super happy with everything. Very good plumbing materials. Max the owner reached out to me directly asking about my experience and delivery, I gave the biggest thumbs up I could him and his team and told him we could never be happier! Thank you polar dive!

Bought the Max Tub and the new Pro Chiller. The Tub is very roomy and I’m 5’11” 210 lbs Plenty more space for bigger bodies. Pro Chiller has my water chilled to 38-40 degrees for my 4:45am wake up Plunges before work. The set up was very easy and did not take a whole lot of time. Worst part was waiting for initial chilling so I could get my first at home plunge under my belt! Highly recommended! Max at customer service is great!

Any time I have a question, the team worked with me through email and helped me troubleshoot the problem step by step. They were responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed interested in getting everything working correctly.

I’ve really enjoyed having my Polar Dive, and knowing that the company stands behind the product with this level of customer support makes me even happier with my purchase.

I tell you the customer service alone from this place is worth going with. I made a comment on FB and Julius personally emailed me and explained the situation and gave me several options and then my chiller arrived and somewhere it had got damaged and it was the weekend and there again Julius was right on it. I dropped the old chiller at UPS and he’s already got my new one out and it’ll be here tomorrow. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with customer service.

Have not used product yet so hoping it is as good as hoped.

Impossible to get a hold of a live person, everything is AI generated. delivery was supposed to be 4-6 days.

After 2.5 weeks i reached out to get a general response that they had oversold the products i ordered.

Finally received products, and was sent the wrong tub. Again cannot speak with anyone, however their AI works pretty well. But again i have to communicate with AI to get a return label, send it back and then they will resend hopefully the correct prodcuts.

If speaking to a live person is important this may not be a good solution

The cold plunge was so easy I could have had a 5 year old set it up. It runs at the temps displayed/advertised, I have mine set to 50 with a 5 degree range and purchased another thermometer that I run inside the plunge when I do it, and it reads the same temp as the unit displays. Works fantastic, both me and my wife use it daily, so its getting its share of use, and hasn't slowed down over the past 3 weeks of use. You cannot beat this product for the price point.

Still waiting on refund since April, The chiller would not work

Great customer service, products are accessible, the original polar dive tub and the pro chiller are amazing. I would recommend adding in the polar dive app or the pro chiller a feature that tells you when the filter needs to be changed. I believe this will have better data on how long chillers last, and this can also extend the life of the chiller as well. The product is worth the overall cost and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for doing an ice bath as a beginner.

The best customer service I’ve ever received. There was a delay in shipping my plunge (because of freight, not polar) so they sent me a basic tub free of charge in the meantime. Once I got my pro plunge there was a pinhole air leak and they sent me supplies to fix it. It didn’t actually work so they replaced the tub. Their communication via email is incredible. They respond quickly and stay on top of their customers. Highly recommend the company based off of customer service alone.

My wife bought me a Polar Dive chiller unit for my birthday. I already had a cold plunge from another company but I decided to purchase the Polar Dive cold plunge that was designed to work with the chiller. I mistakenly ordered the paper filters not realizing that the chiller my wife got me used the reusable metal filter. I contacted Polar Dive to initiate a return on the filters. They told me it wouldn't make sense to return them due to the fact that shipping would be too expensive compared to the cost of the item. Instead they offered me a free replacement metal filter. They were quick in responding to me and with the few back and forth emails we had trying to resolve the issue. Top notch. Thank you!!

Solid construction, great chiller. Beyond that, customer service has been stellar! Very fast knowledgeable responses to any question I have had. I highly recommend the Polar Dive MAX.

They responded to questions/issues/ technical help with in minutes. Provided video directions etc, to solve the problem and commit to resolving the issue every way possible.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Polar Dive, and especially from their founder, Max.

After experiencing issues with my chiller, I submitted a support ticket expecting the typical back-and-forth that so many companies put customers through. Instead, Max personally called me. He took the time to listen, understood exactly why I was frustrated, and genuinely cared about making things right.

He asked me to send a video of the issue directly to him, walked me through the troubleshooting process, and sent clear, detailed instructions. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to get everything working again.

This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. No AI, real people doing customer service. When my MAX tub was delayed due to a production issue, they sent me an OG tub, for FREE! They are prompt, even on the weekends. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Oh, and I'm completely addicted to cold plunging now (Ironman athlete, 38M)

I couldn't be happier with my Polar Max tub and Chiller Pro. The tub is extremely well made and the Chiller Pro works flawlessly, keeping the water at the perfect temperature.
What really set Polar Dive apart is their outstanding customer service. Whenever I had a question, the response was quick and helpful.
I highly recommend Polar Dive. Great products backed by excellent customer support make for an outstanding overall experience.

My pump was not working so I emailed Polar Dive. They responded very quickly and sent me information to troubleshoot the pump and I was able to fix it! It's been hot here so I wanted to get the pump fixed quickly and they delivered!

After writing the review below, the COO, Max, called me personally. He apologized and said he wanted to make things right. I am happy to report they shipped me a whole new unit (excluding the chiller) which had the lid I needed! I understand mistakes and screw ups happen. The best you can hope for from any person or company that does this is a sincere apology and making it right. It took a long time, but they have done that now. My advice too all of you out there is that you should go straight to review writing if you don't get proper customer service after 30-60 days. I commend the COO for stepping up to the plate.

Horrible experience. I have been waiting for 6 months for a replacement part. Yes, six months. I ordered the large unit for my wife as a Christmas gift. It worked fine, but a few weeks after setting it up, a storm came through. There were strong winds but nothing crazy. The buckles that are supposed to hold the lid on came off in the wind and it was damaged. It doesn't hold air. They agreed to send me a new lid in January 2026. Despite numerous emails that don't give any substantive updates, we are still without a lid and can't use it.

I just set up my first cold plunge system from Polar Dive. Customer Service was incredible! I am not very handy and I had MANY questions. Every question was answered quickly. Detailed instructions, diagrams and videos guided me to get my system running properly. Thank you!

My polar dive chiller is amazing! Temperature is set exactly as I want, and the entry-level tub is super comfy! I had an issue with my first tub and Customer service made sure that all of my needs were met. I could not be happier!

My Max Tub was backordered. They figured out a way to get me in a col plunge while I waited for my Max Tub. very quick and professional response.
