You know a casino is a sketchy scam is when instead of doing their geo-location soon as you sign in, they choose to check it on your verrry first spin (ya know the spin that will calculate and determine your RTP, so it will hit when you've lost a certain amount...)! Ho aperto il conto su pokerstars e la convalida è arrivata dopo una settimana e dovendo prelevare l'ho trovato indecente attendere tutto questo tempo, comunque a parte questo, il bonus sul primo deposito non è mai arrivato e quando l'ho richiesto, dopo 10gg mi hanno risposto che non potevano erogarlo perchè ormai avevo prelevato. Trovo questo atteggiamento poco serio anche perchè se avessero voluto darmelo nella settimana che ho atteso la convalida dei documenti l'avrebbero fatto visto che fino a quel momento non potevo prelevare. Ho chiaramente chiuso il conto e fatto uno screen della conversazione, comunque per mia esperienza questo casinò vale meno di zero. Sono dei falsi che non rispettano quello che dicono. As soon as I deposited the money they froze my account since 1 month back and have never refunded me the money , I am a vulnerable person who needed those funds still they dont return it back to me even when I have provided all the required documents as requested multiple times.

Been playing pokerstars casino and the poker for a number of years, I enjoy it win some lose some, BUT the way the restricted my account till I verified my income even tho I was verifed before with bankstatememts and other proof a a few years back, I reluctant signed and sent forms , been weeks I've emailed with no replies and live chat just to be fobbed off your top of list etc etc ...the casino/evolution is so rigged ,roulette is a numbers game you can see pattens in the numbers work it out it can before it changes sequence I found the fun bit, but you will lose...I just read they treated another long standing member the same bs service of restrictions worse customer service by verification team..

It's unreal. Money spent to bonus pay out isn't there. Don't even goto the blackjack tables!!! I came to play poker seen they had casino. Tried it out during break. Stick to their poker tables I've had better luck playing poker. And bingo. Then their casino. Never seen an online casino bring prefolded cards to a table and take other one out before. Wouldn't allow withdrawal of deposit without wagering.....couldn't wager as account 'restricted'. No reason given.

Not one good review about this place. I've had account with them now for over a year n never deposited Nd I'm so glad for that as well ....all you have to do is read the reviews. It's rediculous.
