not worth buying. waste of money and time. the customer service is horrible. sent them 3 emails but they never respond.

I bought a shirt at a retailer and the style and jrice were reasonable. However, There are 6 button holes and only 4 buttons. I contacted Point Zero in Canada and, about 6 weeks later, they have still not replied.

Unfortunately I can’t say anything good about my experience ordering on-line. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts that were in stock online, they charged my credit card, and then reported they were out of stock. I had added a t-shirt for $25 to get to $100 to save on shipping fee, and only the shirt was shipped. I always were an L shirt, but this one was too small. Returns ? They charge $20 for a return, so returning the shirt doesn’t make sense. They charged my credit card on the 2 weeks ago, and so far I have not see the refund come through. That said, I really like their shorts. They fit well….JUST DON’T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE.

I ordered a couple items from this company and by mistake the address got overwritten by an address that I'm not able to access. When I saw the mistake in about 5 minutes, I tried to call their customer support and sent them an email. They went ahead and shipped the item using FedEx. I called FedEx and they told me the company who shipped the item could change the address, obviously not the customer. When they finally got back to me 24 hours later, they told me they couldn't change the address. So they are so lazy they refused to call the shipping company to route the product to the correct address. I will never order from this company again. Absolutely useless customer support. And you wonder why people use companies like Amazon and Wayfair.

Capuche trop petite pour le vent si je compare avec mon ancien manteau Pont zéro qui était plus léger est plus chaud …

They refused to even communicate or engage - even after copying in senior management

I went in to buy a winter coat, no one of the 2 little girls working there even approached me, was left on my own
tried it on, and decided to buy it, so I went to the counter and said I will pay for the coat along with other selected items but will come back to pick it up as I was on my way to work, the stupid girl refused, said other employees working there may steel it, I said like what kind of store is this... I simply walked out the door in saying you just lost a huge sale, NO care in the world for either of them young ignorant children in more interested in listening to their kind of strange music in also refusing to give out their names when I said I was going to put in a complaint!!! Location- 1395 St Catherine St Catherine Street west, Never ever going back, will be glad to give my money in purchase elsewhere!!!! The employees working there are a real joke to say the least!!!

We bought a jacket for my son in November, 2023, hoping it would last him a few years. In March, 2024 the zipper pull ripped off the jacket, and was lost. I've tried contacting their customer service 4 times via email, and 4-5 times by phone, and have yet to receive any kind of response from them. It's amazingly poor customer service, and I won't be purchasing anything made by them in the future.

J’ai commandé un manteau que je n’ai tout simplement jamais reçu : on m’a envoyé le mauvais colis.

Lorsque j’ai voulu renvoyer ou échanger le manteau que j’avais reçu par erreur de leur part, via leur site internet, on me demande de payer des frais de retour de 20 dollars (oui oui vous avez bien LU).

Sachant que j’avais bénéficié d’une promotion black friday (168 dollars au lieu de 240) car j’avais fait exprès d’attendre les soldes pour m'équiper pour cet hiver au vue de mon petit budget, je n’ai jamais pu racheter un manteau au même prix que ce que je l’avais acheté de base ; et maintenant que les black friday sont finis, autant vous dire que je n’aurais plus avant L’ANNÉE PROCHAINE de promotion aussi intéressante.

Leur service client ne m’ont jamais toujours pas répondu malgré 2 mails et 6 appels (d’ailleurs ne perdez pas votre temps à les appeler puisque PERSONNE ne prend la peine de répondre au téléphone !)

Bref je ne recommande absolument pas, au delà du fait que j’ai : reçu mon colis avec une semaine de retard, reçu le mauvais colis, et n’ai obtenu aucune aide de la part du « « « service client » » » » inexistant.

Maintenant j’attends de voir ce qu’ils me proposeront, mais s’ils me proposent un remboursement autant vous dire que j’aurais TOUT PERDU à aller chez eux car, si j’avais su, j’aurais acheté mon manteau pendant le black friday dans un autre magasin !!!!

Au final je vais -peut être- récupérer 168 dollars qui me financeront au mieux 50% des manteaux actuellement sur le marché.

C’est une p*tain de honte.

Very Bad Experience with service. I returned my parcel as it is as the size was not true to size. No size guide provided onsite. And I didn't get my refund back.
No one is responding me back via email or call.

i have very bad experience about Point Zero customer service. They sent me a poor quality item, it's not what they advertised. I tried to contact but by email and called but no signal. Recommend never buying here. They are experts at scams
