Je souhaitais upgrader mon abonnement vers l'offre affichée à 20€/mois. À cause d'une interface confuse, j'ai été débité instantanément de 200€ (tarif annuel) via ma carte enregistrée, sans étape claire de validation du montant total ni choix explicite de la fréquence de prélèvement.

En tant qu'étudiant, ce débit inattendu me met en grande difficulté. J'ai contacté le support pour demander un remboursement et le passage au prélèvement mensuel comme initialement souhaité.

The paid version of this app is astonishingly poor and indefensibly overpriced. It consistently fails to deliver even basic value and often responds to requests by effectively telling you to use other AI products instead — a remarkable admission of its own inadequacy. There are no meaningful agents, no practical image functionality, and the output quality is so unreliable that every response demands meticulous verification. Errors, inaccuracies, and shallow responses are the norm rather than the exception, making it actively counterproductive for any serious use. After spending time with it, it becomes difficult to identify a single feature that justifies charging money at all. The experience feels less like using a finished product and more like paying to discover its limitations the hard way.

I ordered 2 shirts from POE (poe.com), but the products delivered to me were completely different from what I ordered. After receiving the wrong items, I immediately contacted their customer support and requested a return or refund.

Instead of resolving the issue, they refused both return and refund and shockingly accused me of cheating, even though the mistake was clearly from their side. I have proof of my original order and the products I received, but they were not willing to cooperate or investigate properly.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
A genuine customer should not be blamed for the seller’s mistake.

I love the app and I use it every day most of the time to use the role-playing bots because it is fun and I have found some very good ones, I pay the monthly subscription for which they give you a million points to spend them, today December 8 I already finished the million, but I can't pay again, I must wait until December 18 to restart the million points, at this point the app is making me wait 12 hours to get 3000 points and wait until December 18 to be able to use the app again well without interruptions, that is the only detail that has me dissatisfied, I pay my subscription on time and I would like it to be unlimited until it is renewed." That's the reason why I don't give it the 5 stars.....

Ich habe poe.com ausprobiert, war aber schnell enttäuscht. Die Plattform bietet zwar verschiedene KI-Modelle an, jedoch stehen Preis und Leistung meiner Meinung nach in keinem Verhältnis. Viele Funktionen, die anderswo inklusive sind, liegen hier hinter einer recht teuren Paywall.

Auch die Kostenstruktur wirkt insgesamt wenig transparent und steigt schnell an, wenn man den Dienst intensiver nutzen möchte. Für mich ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eindeutig nicht überzeugend. Ich habe mich daher entschieden, nach einer günstigeren und flexibleren Alternative zu suchen.

horrible experience. ai doesnt even listen to what ur saying. it does math horribly and cannot even give corect answers to simple questons. when u give pictures, it says that it cannot read pictures, even tho it allows to send it.

Their API implementations for Grok-4 and ChatGPT-5 did not access live-data and the responses where not of the same quality as via xAI's and OpenAI's websites.

Unfortunately they don't allow to refund the subscription fee. I'm glad I've only subscribed for a month to try it out.

Ihr seid lächerlich mit eurer App und eurem Point-System und werdet es bleiben. Wird auf längere Zeit nicht mehr verwendet. Scheinbar sind alle positiven Bewertungen gefaked und gekauft!
Solange das Point-System weiterhin Bestand hat, wird eine Bewertung, welche einen Stern, also das Minimum, übersteigt, nicht möglich sein.
Es gab in der Vergangenheit so viele Beschwerden hierrüber, dennoch wurden diese konsequent ignoriert.
Es ist nun Zeit dafür, diesen Betrug nicht länger zu akzeptieren.

Scam company never paid me my earnings even after completing threshold they are scammers that do shady practices don't ever trust this company I'm shocked and stunned I worked so hard creating ai bots and was so excited I will finally receive my money but ofc i got paid nothing even though I had 20$ which is more than enough to initiate payout my stripe is connected everything is fixed but what they did is straight up scam and wasted my potential and time i logged in my poe what I see is my earnings got reduced to 6 $ from 20 can you believe that what a joke and let me tell this all i earned from per message earning model so there's no chance of refund what they did they wiped out several days earning for eg if today is 4 July the earning you can check is of yesterday 3 July but when I went to past day earnings check it showed me june 3 and was unable to see rest of days earnings afterwards june 3 where I made most of my earnings with this they also wiped out those days earnings aftermath of June 3rd if this isn't scam I don't know what it is nice way to not pay your creators what they earned with this I tried to contact their customer support but no response what a pathetic company money hungry sick people they will all rot in hell for wasting my time anyone reading this please never ever work wth this scam company wasting your time work somewhere else

Some bots are free on some websites but on Poe is like 3000+ points *MINIMUM*, some bots are even more outrageous claiming they don't require subscription but need a f***ing 200000 quota per message which is impossible to not subscribe to Poe because if you use the basic plan you can only have a maximum of 3000 quotas.

Worst thing is that Poe themselves are starting to lie on me. The Web-Search bot is like the cheapest Web-trained bot claiming that it only consumes 8-15 points well this is a lie because it's actually 99 points which drains my balance to zero in a minute.

If you think the price is like any other subscription at like 6 bucks well you're wrong. The cheapest plan is 16 bucks per month (Yearly subscription, almost $200 per year) or 20 bucks per month (Monthly Subscription)

Poe is p2w. I'm planning to quit.

I have been using it for a year, and I noticed twice the prices changing with increased costs.
Last week the app for windows stopped working, so I contacted the support.
After 4 days I am still receiving emeils from them asking for information that I already provided before.

I gave up and I canceled my subscription.

10k tokens for over €5/month is just bad and the next 1m token tier costs €20/month. When I check the official pricing of Claude Sonnet I see that it actually costs a fraction, they stat €3 for 1m tokens?? So what is Poe.com extra-charging for exactly? Please reduce your costs or increase your tokens!

Further annoying: If a bot rejects your prompt or you want it to fix/rewrite it, it still costs many tokens. Especially bad for storywriting is their "history cache" token policy. You can barely write 3-5 story sections per day, before your 10k limit runs out. Laughable for a paid service! I will unsubscribe again...

Last but no least: No easy export function. You have to install Greasemonkey and a custom script for Firefox to download your text. Seriously...

It's a pity because their app looks sleek and is stable.

this rating would be zero stars because it freaking sucks. I was doing a script for our show or RP and then he/she gave me a check which was $49.99 and then I just gave up on them

Poe and its bots are good but the pricing is horrendous, especially since it hasn’t always been like this. I used to ask like 10 things before without reaching my free limit when now even one is almost too much. Fix yourself please.

I subscribed at HK$399/year and right after that I was not able to use the Assistant and other LLMs which were free to use before subscription, and I was demanded immediately to pay to upgrade to HK$1600/year. To whom can I complain?

I can use lots of different ai tools and chatbots without buying 100 subscriptions.
I've also been creating bots on poe and I've had a good experience so far.

Awful, starting sending me emails even though I didn't subscribe / join. Must have clicked on one of their links in quora, and that was it my email address is harvested.
