Our team is fully trained, insured and trauma-informed, holding CPD-accredited qualifications in biohazard cleaning, hoarding awareness, safeguarding, mental health first aid, trauma and sharps management, mould removal and infection control. We understand that many of the situations we attend can be challenging and emotional, which is why we focus on restoring properties safely while treating everyone involved with dignity, compassion and respect. Available 24/7, we're committed to helping make difficult environments safe, clean and dignified again.

Beautiful compassionate ladies, very caring.

I really appreciate the time they took to communicate with us at a really difficult time. The ladies were very compassionate and easy to deal with and were understanding of our needs. They also took time to check in with us after the process of clearing mums house.

It was very reassuring knowing there service was there if and when needed. I highly recommend.

Professional deep cleaning

Firstly the job pocket rockets did in cleaning my brother’s home was transformational making the place somewhere pleasant to live and visit. Secondly the customer service was excellent. I had a quote the same day I called to enquire and within a week the job was done. Photos were taken before and after the work. The company handled their interactions with my vulnerable brother with professional kindness understanding and courtesy. They even sourced a replacement phone for my brother when he said his phone was not working properly. The cost was very reasonable given the thorough work they did. I can’t thank them enough for helping my brother get a fresh start.

My first contact with the ladies from Pocket Rockets East Anglia was for a deep house clean, and since then have had regular house cleans mainly by Jo. and am so very grateful for the wonderful job she does.

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent. From initial contact to fulfilment.
The job (I could not have done it) was prompltly scheduled. The team, Laura and Jo arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and just 'got on with it!'
No hesitation at all in recommending Pocket Rockets East Anglia to those who might be in need of such a specialist service.
