Pluslx Arvostelua 

Ordered 2 shirts from Pluslx that turned out much too large for the person they were intended for. When I tried to return them, the process was frustrating from the start — it took multiple emails back and forth before I got a clear answer. It turns out returns have to be shipped to China, at the buyer’s expense, which was never made clear anywhere on the website before I purchased. There was also no real option to exchange for a smaller size. The only resolution they offered was 20% off a future purchase, which doesn’t help when the return itself would cost more than the discount is worth. If you’re considering ordering, know that returns are expensive and inconvenient, and the policy isn’t disclosed upfront. I wouldn’t order again without understanding this first.

Beautiful selection. Glad to see t-shirts as well as button ups and shorts. Got distracted from what I had been doing because I just kept scrolling through the selections. I finally had to stop so I could order.

Shirts look awesome, and at a reasonable price.

Unless I missed, I would love to see the estimated delivery date during checkout.

This Chinese outfit is a FRAUD AND A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

THEIR RESPONSE TO MY ATTEMPTS TO RETURN THE RAG THEY SOLD ME WAS A 10% DISCOUNT ON FUTURE PURCHASES! THEY SAID THAT RETURNING THE JUNK SHIRT TO CHINA WOULD COST MORE THAN THE SHIRT COST!!!!!!!

Easy to navigate site and I bought 1 shirt to try and quality was great for the price and unique designs so decided to get several more😊.
Discounts for multiple purchases sealed the deal!

I appreciated the simplicity of the graphic presentation of your merchandise and the ease of ordering.

Lousy lousy customer service. The website promises easy returns, but it is anything but easily. I have sent 14 emails already and still have not gotten instructions for returns. They have tried multiple tactics for reduced prices, awaiting manager approval, and just ignoring me. I do NOT recommend using this company!

When purchasing products now you don't see anyone 😞 so you hope companys can stay true to their products.

Terrible company, a scam. Product is not what is advertise, cheap, wrong size. Awful customer service, takes several days to get back, I assumed I'm talking to a bot. They won't issue a refund. Scam.

Everything ok but some confusion in selecting process. Couldn’t get another shirt on the same page. Wanted shirts sooner but wasn’t able to do that.

I found products that I liked. My original purchase was a Japanese art shirt. Which when received seemed a little full . My next purchase was a shirt with cat archer ordered in size large. It was clearly too small. I reviewed the return policy and it appeared to not allow returns if the wrong size was ordered. Another problem is that the shirts were sent from china and required shipping to be paid by purchaser. I have now ordered the correct size

I would strongly recommend avoiding PlusX. I ordered a sweater for $44 and the item I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on their website. The material was extremely poor quality and was not even real sweater material as described. It honestly felt misleading compared to what was shown online.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I reached out multiple times requesting a refund and was repeatedly ignored or given unhelpful responses instead of an actual resolution. At this point, the lack of communication feels incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

I also have no interest in the discounts or store credit they offered because after this experience, I do not trust this company enough to order from them again. Customers should not have to fight this hard just to get a response about a product that was clearly misrepresented.

Very disappointing experience overall.

The product was completely misrepresented.
1. Listed as a sweater but was actually a sweatshirt.
2. Colors shown bright red and green but actually was muted muddy colors.
3. Pattern shown as crisp but actually had bled into the surrounding material.
4. Ordered a 5xl but actually measured as a 3xl with a 5xl tag sewn in.

Guaranteed money back but actually when requesting my money back I was told that I had to mail it to China and the postage would be more than the price.

Would I like to order a free item and keep the junk I received? (WHY ??)

Fraud and scam company.
Cheats you after waiting a very long time for delivery.
Don't waste your money.

Pluslx's Website has alot of very cool looking mostly mens styles! I bought a "Plush Santa Shirt" which looked like if Santa was a body builder and I thought that would be fun for an ugly Christmas Sweater Party! It finally showed up 2 weeks after my party and almost a month after I ordered it and all it was, was a velvet Santa shirt that wasn't even the picture I bought from!!!! They won't let me return it sayng they are in China and they said they can only return 30% of my money or I can BUY aother item with a discount!!! I have been asking for another item instead of the 30% refund but now it is MARCH 6 and nothing!!!

Same story. Received cheap Chinese crap. They offered a discount and will not honor thier return policy. Tried honey, tried vinegar they refuse to honor thier word.
