You sold me a macerator pump and in your website you had the saniflo trademark.
The product is not saniflo, it also has parts missing and no installation instruction.
And you havnt bothered to reply to my emails.
I will be reporting to trading standards

Easy website, delivered on time, the product is good quality.

So easy ordering online, goods came when expected.

Truth be told.... Initially I thought the company was dodgy and regretted making an order after reading the reviews..I contacted them and thr phone kept ringing...when someone did pick up, they sounded very cagey and stated that my delivery was processed and I would receive an email from royal mail but they could not give me the reference number...I was tempted to cancel my order and ask for a refund...I could not have been more wrong. I received an email from royal mail (it was around 10pm in the night) stating that they have the tap and it would be sent to my local depot for delivery..... The tap arrived earlier than I expected it and it was the item as advertised on the site for cheaper than other places .I have read the reviews and either I am very lucky or others are just posting fake reviews...disclaimer...I haven't fitted the tap yet so I may be back to say something else...otherwise I am happy with my purchase

I ordered a part at 11am and the website said it would be next day delivery. However they didn't even process the order until the next day and I only got it delivered 3 days after ordering, from a different company. I had to rearrange a plumber twice

The item ordered was well priced and delivered in reasonable ( although not next day as advertised). It is now installed and working

Good price, although delivery was 4 days though.

FAKE REVIEWS, SCAM WEBSITE. DON'T USE

Ordered a macerator Thursday in time for next day delivery. Now nothing, palmed off by the sales agent... no way to contact anyone else. A little delving into the business address etc. This isn't a shop/warehouse/business.

So, further to the response from Plumbstore, I don't know how to reply directly to that so I have to update my response here? Not sure, trustpilot is asking for a reference but I'm not sure what reference they mean?

So ordered Thursday before the 2pm deadline "It would definitely be shipped if ordered before 2pm".... chasing Friday to be told my order number doesn't exist.... then he said he was having difficulty calling up the tracking number... then I was told you don't chase orders, then I was told you'd refund me, even though you didn't know whether the order was out or not, then I was told you don't guarantee next day delivery, then I was told you're only sales and I have to email... which I did and has been ignored thus far.

You have a London based phone number yet you are based in Lancashire, your address listed on your website doesn't exist on google maps. You have a handful of reviews all stemming from the past 2-3 weeks only. One of them from the USA??

Further to your further update….. you still haven’t told me if you’ve even posted the goods, provided a tracking number etc etc. all I’m hearing is you’re trying to make excuses. You’re Happy to try and defend your “business” against a bad review but can’t actually do the thing I asked you to do. If you are a 3 person business why tell me you can’t provide the information I required as you’re only in sales and I have to send an email to the relevant department?

I actually no longer want the goods as I had to buy locally to fix my tenants problem.

The ball is in your court to rectify the situation. You told me you use parcel force. Whilst I don’t expect a delivery on a Sunday I should at least be able to search the tracking number…. But oh yeah, you can’t provide one.

Nothing you have done on here to this point convinces me you’re not a scam site.
