A mixed experience
I engaged Charlie to fix a leak at my property which was about to be sold. It was not cheap but he did a really good job and I thought I've finally found a good plumber, and we know good plumbers as rare as unicorns these days.
Well, Charlie also had the key card to my front door (electronic lock) and said he will return it to me. Now FOUR months on, I still don't have it. I have tried texting, emailing, calling and have given up. I don't mind if I was told that it was accidentally lost - but I don't know why I've just been ignored. So on that basis, it's been a mixed and confusing experience, and I can only conclude that they no longer want my future business. Oh well.
