After making over 14 purchases the…

After making over 14 purchases the communication was very poor in getting back to me once i had made payment

I have been sent the wrong size t shirt in the past that i ordered for a specific event. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return the t shirt and had to go out and buy a different one from a shop for my event.

I recently purchased some trainers that i needed for an event i had, that were the wrong size and wrong colour. Before i made payment i was told 7-15 days delivery. They took over 24 working days to arrive in which the event had passed and i had no trainers….

I politely chased up pluggygarms via instagram to which they read the message and chose to ignore me, its a shame for them as i would of been a long time customer after the 14 purchases i have already made.

Its easy for me to find a new supplier but not so easy for them to find new customers especially when you have no customer service experience.

Excellent quality

Received my trainers quickly. So happy with them, they are great quality and the seller is very helpful in finding what you’re looking for. Ordered from here a few times and have never been disappointed.
