This Company is a complete SCAM so be very careful about making any purchases. I paid for a chair £100.00 and I got nothing in return
I sent multiple correspondences and was ignored and given that I am a senior citizen really felt the financial loss. I really should have taken the issue to the financial Ombudsman and I am currently contemplating same as I feel very upset

Zero stars, scam. They will send you an email with confirmation and estimated delivery time - all looks good at first. Then there's no communication, no items, i got an email saying I should expect reimbursement and when I emailed again - that email bounced back.

It's a SCAM! I ordered a double hanging egg chair and payment went through. Then I received an email saying they will get in touch for the delivery and it has been 5 weeks and no response. They don't respond to the email and phone number doesn't work.
Don't know how to get the money back now.

IT IS A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT. Regrettably I have had a similar experience to others who have posted negative reviews. Having not received the egg chairs I ordered in good faith I then contacted the company (only possible via email as they do not respond by phone) and several days later received an email claiming that they were experiencing difficulties with their payment provider (Stripe). They assured me they would provide a refund which failed to materialise. Unfortunately I have to wait 30 days from the day of purchase before I can raise a complaint via my bank with Mastercard and have been assured that I will be reimbursed.

No contact and no purchase shame on you!!!

Another egg-chair debacle. Have gone to my bank to reimburse me for the scam. I ordered, they took my money... no further communication, no answer to my calls, no replies to my emails, no delivery info, nothing. Very dishonest company!

Definitely a SCAM! As in previous comments money has been taken from my account, had an email about being intouch about delivery, a message about Strip not being able to process the payment, which is untrue, the money has definitely left my account, and now no contact can be made with them. Avoid them !!!!!

Don't believe any of the positive reviews, they have all the hallmarks of a scam.
Two weeks ago they were pretending to sell hanging egg chairs, now they just sell American sport jerseys (although their terms and conditions still only talk about the chairs!). The link to the goods I purchased now returns a 404. They take your payment, and say they'll be in touch regarding delivery, but never get back in touch and the support email they provide on receipt returns a non deliverable response.

I would like TRUSTPILOT, answering me asking, if this company is Fake where my right to buy online??? i lost my money and how many people are some situation, this is disgusting and frustrations

Avoid at all cost. I was stupid enough to order an egg chair from them.. I received no invoice confirmation on my email which was suspicious. I wrote them email asking for invoice and they replied asked for my email address to send it. Never got any! Then I tried to write them again, I was blocked! Quickly went to my bank to despute the payment. Bank promised their help within few weeks.

Ordered an egg chair on 6th July - paid my money and got confirmation email. They will send a email to confirm delivery but still not seen any …..goods would be with me on 27th and would get a confirmation of shipment which of course I didn't. No replies from them yet , this is very annoying as it was my wife’s present ……

Would give it less than 1 star if I could! Ordered the product over 2 weeks ago and still nothing! No communication as they don't answer phones or emails! Absolutely disgusting! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not use. Ordered egg chair and order acknowledged and told I would be contacted regarding delivery. After silence, I emailed and received the strange story about their bank and supposed refunds. My money is missing as I write.

Got email confirmation, chair would be delivered by 17th July and nothing, no response to email mobile number no one ever answers

Had to now contact my credit card company to see if they can retrive the fees.

My Husband order me a hanging egg chair for an anniversary nearly 3 WEEKS ago we had a email it was being processed , a week after it’s say that delivery would be in 3 days , and then we heard nothing they’ve taken our money, my husband has phoned many times Emailed this company to , so I’m assuming this is a fake company & scam

Follow up on these total reprobates - refused to refund through my card and email address no longer exists. Absolute and utter filth!

Ordered an egg chair on 10th July - paid my money and got confirmation email. Told goods would be with me on 23rd and would get a confirmation of shipment which of course I didn't. I emailed them and was told that the bank had stopped Stripe payments (cancelled their account) and that refunds were already processed. I have contacted my bank but pretty sure I won't be seeing my money again. Please do not use this company! I checked reviews as well before buying but obviously not well enough!

Scam. Processed 3 transactions even though I only placed one, ceased communication, product not delivered.

Great experience from start to finish. The chairs are exactly what I was looking for.

Many complains about late delivery i have same issue but delivery. Thanks.
