Where is my post confirmation?
Two weeks ago, I have signed up my bills to this company and nothing.
When I asked for help, I was told to upload my documents. No post has come.
I was to have a gas meter transfer, and I am still using pay as you go. This morning, I have no hot water to use for a shower. I am still waiting for my broadband to be sorted.
This is the third time I have had my gas run out and no hot water. I shouldn't happen.

Hey Simone, we're sorry to know you haven't received your opening bills! I have checked with our team and can see that they are now in contact with you.
Please also note it usually takes up to 6 weeks from your move date to receive opening bills from your new providers, so it's nothing to worry about if you haven't received yours just yet.

Becky, who was supporting me in my utilities set up, was very pleasant to talk to, and helpful. She listened to and understood my requirements. Even though some utilities I had to set up myself, it was a good experience dealing with this company.
