The unit arrived damaged on the left…
The unit arrived damaged on the left rack mount. It's completely bent from being dropped. It wasn't packed securely as the box had a hole in it from the unit breaking it. Thankfully, the unit is working fine. PLC never acknowledged the damage and said that they are happy the unit worked. I was hoping for a discounted price for the damage.

Not responsive to customer emails; late shipping...
No email was sent to me confirming shipping details, and I had to write them requesting an ETA MULTIPLE times; only when I threatened to have my credit card/PayPal refund/challenge the order, did I finally receive a response from them... Only to hear that "Apparently shipping was delayed and the package was checked by customs." Ultimately, it ended up taking 13 days to receive the item... And that was with me paying for expedited shipping!!
