The game is flawed. Virtual chips are so overpriced and outcomes are predictable when playing.

The game does have a good look to it but the developers and management are just clueless as to how to run an app that is fun to play long term.

Many better poker apps out there.

I was playing two hands maximum chips black jack and, in the middle of the hands, a "rescue" ad appeared offering to sell me more chips and I could no longer see my cards or the black jack table. So I lost about 780 million chips on these two hands, total. Customer "service" told me the rescue ads never appear during a hand. I saw them. I'm done with these people. Also, the comments about cards not being random - I've played poker for a long time and I've never seen so many quads. Yes, many of these happened for me. But their algorithm is defective. Also, whoever designed the site never played poker. As bets are made, there should be a running total of chips in the pot - there isn't. It was designed by amateurs.

The game is no longer fun. Everything is about buying chips & status. Games are rigged to eliminate chips from customers in hopes they buy. It was annoying before, now it's hopeless. I played this game daily for years

It's blatant fraud. The site is selling chips to players and then using fake payers to steal the chips back so the player buys more. It's not enough to "sue" these people. We have to actively seek legal action to prosecute these criminals. They have defrauded hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars from people around the world and will continue to do so until they are behind prison bars where they belong.

They obviously either have bots playing for their app, or they have players that know what’s going to come on the turn and the river, when a flop can come 10, Q, Q and I have an A 10 which I go all in, and get called by a player that has a 6 2 off suit, and the turn is a 2 and the river is a 6 for the win. This type of hands happen often, but this one is the final straw and the last time to ever play on this app.

This games is definitely rigged so you buy chips they say free play but that’s on low tables you will never finish season because when your about to finish Wsop makes it super hard the only way to complete is to buy chips once you buy you need to put at least £50 a week in just to play on the big tables to be beat constantly with AA by 2/7 off suit the games a joke Wsop is the most corrupt poker site ever it’s designed to make you buy chips only the millionaires in America you see with trillions the games not happy unless you spend your money simple as that you could be the best player in the world but you can’t beat a computer facts horrible horrible site rigged to death DOGS look at all the reviews say no more iam just gutted I like poker but you will get blocked eventually I’ve asked to be banned and they give you crap about how and what u should do I can’t get away from this corrupt game sick to death of it also when your coming to the last section to complete the season believe me they make it impossible the only way is to buy chips and even then you know it’s going to give you kk all in of course someone has AA it’s impossible I’ve had my family and kids wished upon me they were dead some sick people on the app the game had honestly made my mental health 10 times worse f u wsop

i brought a significant amount of chips played abit then left to go back to work i had over 40 billion left now i come back i have 400 mill and they trying to say thats correct

Wsop is not playing fair and taking money from people and there should be a class action law suit against them

Wsop redone there game,up antie on BTH games, they lowered the pay out odds on the hands ,but playing BTH Olivia you you to be able to win, now I've played for days and each time I never gain any chips after playing for hours, leave with what I had coming in or less, never ahead of the game.. The house is raking way to many hands..there Chip prices are WAY OVER PRICED.. I think playtika is bankrupt in my opinion..I use to win some before the change.. not now.playing the regular tables the new comers win on bullshit hands, even in the tournaments..I know it's not a bad beat day when it's everyday.. I'm gonna go to Zynga poker because WSop doesn't want me playing on there site.. fair play my ass, it's a rigged game that deals you a hand that makes you think it's a winning hand and it's not, take all your chips so maybe you will buy chips from there store..they don't value any of the good players, they say it's free and buying chips is optional.. that's true but I see through there bullshit .. I've been using the WSOP app for a few years now and I can say card deals are not random at all. The algorithm is clearly designed for you to lose at specific times so you will buy more chips. That is obvious very quickly. There are a lot of annoying fluff games going on too that are very distracting like bingo poker and poker slots...all of which are very annoying and low payoff schemes. WSOP just released an "updated" version that reduces the visual table format in favor of more annoying screen stuff no one wants. I've seen player exodus en mass. I suspect it will not exist in 12 months. Oh well....is anything legitimate in the world?

this is the worse game on the internet bi lose 99 out of 100 games. You can win on daily spins. They need to make this much better to try and win once in a while instead of always paying for chips

I hate this site as much as the Minnesota liberals. The site cheats the player that doesnt purchase chips. There is no poker here, 2 and 3 per cent suckouts over and over. Its not just any fun to lose when you lose to those kind of suckouts after spending dozens of hands watching others lose to the same crap. Its a horrible site unless u dont care about attempting to play [poker. Big stacks sitting on small tables just pucjing every hand its just no funt o play here.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would!!! Do not buy chips from this app!!! They will not always put your chip package into your account. 25 days ago I bought 2 $85 chip packages, they charged my account, and I have yet to see anything from my purchase be deposited into my account. Also, 25 days of trying to contact customer service with no response! Screw this app and the scammers behind it!

Not true odds, fake poker hands, fake players (bots) join to increase action at the table and to entice you into engaging. Every smart play is punished, you'll steadily lose all your money playing smart. Every smart fold you'll see all the cards you needed popup every single time. If you have a good hand you'll be baited into losing to a bot by some miracle river. BTH games are 98% loss every SINGLE hand. Tha bth hands you do win, the house will bust, no money made. All money lost. The daily rewards are all fake you'll land 1 tile away from the jackpot, never hitting the jackpot. If you make a new account you'll win the lighting round all the way to the end every time I've done it 5 times in a row on new emails. New accounts will win the free chip giveaways for a couple days. You can also boost your luck in the algorithm and get all the BS hands if you purchase chips or anything from the store, you'll be rewarded with the missing album collection cards... Some real sketchy plays on here for sure. Ive had so many bad beats its like the other guy knows what I have the whole time im better because they call and always get it on the river or turn almost everytime. You will be playing then a random guy will show up and smash the table then leave with all the money. Im 90% sure this online poker is rigged. Why wpuld a site also give away free money? They dont make any .oney off of you but some how they can give free money? Come on people dont fall for it. It is a scam
