PlaytestCloud Playtesters App Arvostelua 

I love PlaytestCloud. I've been playing with them for probably a couple years now. My only complaint is that everyone beats me to the playtests!

I've been signed up as a tester for years. I've only had one test not pay out, because apparently my fan caused too much noise making it hard to hear me (if that happens, you can use headphones with a microphone arm that has foam on the mic to really reduce white noise)

You're not going to get rich doing it. Between not being selected for a ton of playtests and not starting the test soon enough after getting the notification (You have to be FAST, especially on higher-paying ones), I actually can only do 1-3 tests a month. If you have iOS only you're not going to get as many. 99%+ tests (not exaggerating) I get are on my android. I've seen a couple for PC and a tiny handful for iOS.

The longest it's taken me to get paid is about 48 hours. Usually it's same day or next day if it's late when I do it.

Don't 'stuff' your profile, just do one or two games of each type (like if you play 4 match-3s or 3 merge games, just list one of each type).
Answer all the surveys they send, even if it seems like you've already done that one.

One thing I've seen people mention is not getting paid because they didn't talk enough. Just talk, dont feel like you should only say very specific things. ANY thoughts you have, say them aloud (no cursing though, be respectful), even if they don't seem relevant. My narratives are a mix of talking to myself and to the developers. It's common for me to be muttering something like 'okay, move this here... and that.... okay got what I needed... so now... and done with that...'

If there's a long pause because I'm concentrating I'll say why i'm not talking just then. Like if it's because you need to spawn a lot of items for a high level merge (I do a lot of merge game tests) I'll say something like 'I'm gonna be quiet for a minute or two while I do this merge'

If you don't like the game, or parts of it, say so, and why.
If something is confusing, comment on it. Some games have no tutorial at all when they really should.
do or don't like a particular graphic or dialogue? Say it, and why. Even if it's just something like 'I really love the design of [character/element]" or "I don't know why but this irritates me" (if it's bugging you it may be bugging others too and the devs can then re-evaluate it).
See a grammar or spelling error? comment on it--kindly. (a lot of games are developed by people who aren't native english speakers)

Ultimately, along with functionality, devs want to understand why you make choices you do. So tell them, no matter how mundane or irrelevant it seems.

I spent 2 hours of my life dealing with these people and did not get paid. I spent an hour setting up and another hour testing a game they commissioned. I got an email a few days later saying I will not get paid because I did not talk through the hour. I clearly recall talking through pain points. Overall, I feel thoroughly disgraced and scammed.

Easy, fast and enjoyable money. Fast payment, easy use and good instructions. Best app to play games and make some money. Not a lot of money but it depends on type of test and platform. PC usually longer but more money, phone opposite.

It was easy and actually entertaining to be able to answer everything.

What a great opportunity! I've been testing games for about six months, and it's been pretty easy and fun! I usually only need to play for an hour and then get my compensation in about three days. I haven't done a lot of tests, but I can't complain about playing games and getting paid!

I am writing this review after carefully using this app for some time. I am really excited to share my experience as I got a test and got my first payment. I can confidently say that this website is 100% genuine and it pays very quickly. The onboarding process was very easy and once you complete this onboarding test you get approved. You will get games to test and give your thoughts aloud and once the response is recorded it will be submitted. There is so much clarity and step by step guide to help you on every way. The payment options are also great as you get to choose gift cards as well as PayPal. They are very professional in their conduct and they don't hide anything. I would highly recommend this app for game testing and it is worth your valuable time.

I don't get too many work opportunities with Playtester as they fill up fast, but when I do, the experience is always professional and hassle free. Their app works well and the games offered are fun. Payment is on time and I feel a higher rate than other places offer.

I like the playtest experience and I’ve done 3 test so far from being in it for over a year and a half mainly due to the fact that qualifying emails are sent at reasonable times in the day but i constantly wake up a few hours late due to the playtest being sent out at 4 am and then receive another chance the next morning and then get last chance at 1 pm which by then all slots are gone by the time I check email or app. I don’t know why I receive the playtest only during early morning when Im asleep. Also 2/3 playtest I’ve done we’re just pure luck from checking the app at random times because majority of the time you see an email from 2-3 hours ago the offer is already gone even if you get more emails of the same playtest in the days following. It’s not worth doing if you value a normal sleep schedule and you live in the USA

I have only completed 1 playstest, but the process was smooth and the instructions were clear, and I had no problem at all when it comes to the payment, so yes, it is legit. The only thing I do not like is that I only got 1 playtest after like 2 years of creating my profile with them, but other than that everything is great

The UI is intuitive, the instructions were clear, and the payment came through correctly.

I've been a playtester for a few years now and have never had any real issues. Sure... technology is a factor sometimes but rarely and the support is quick to respond and helpful. It's not a way to make a living but it gives you a few extra bucks to enjoy the little things.
I must add that recently the updates to the app have made it much more fluid and comprehensive. I'm very grateful for that.

I love participating in playtest Cloud. Every experience has been well worth my efforts. The payments are a plus for playing these I already love to play.

They want you talking every minute of the playtest when it would be much smarter to just have a summarized talk at the end of it. Focusing on the playtest to analyze whats going should be priority. Having to stop to speak on random things distracts from the experience and immersion of the game defeating the purpose. requirements for payment is ridiculous and working for free when i couldve streamed is not worth my time. You wont find out the results till weeks later. Your better off just streaming a game and making more than the off chance they bother to pay you. i deleted my account and will not be wasting my time with them.

I like this app because we play and test the game is different we play different games and get experienced

Been with playtest for up to 3 years now, and I've made up to $200 it's a really good if you want a side hustle that pays

I have only completed 2 playtests so far, but my experience has been positive! The playtests and surveys have been fun, and the payment for each was processed in about 2-4 days. There are many options for transferring the payments to me; virtual visa., gift cards, and fund transfers to my bank, Venmo, etc. I'm looking forward to continuing with future opportunities.
