The seat quality is great. Extremely comfortable and does not produce back pain over long races. I highly recommend purchasing the slider with the seat as without it, finding the best seating position would of been difficult.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Der Sitz ist grandios und ich habe nichts auszusetzen :-)

Sehr schöner und stabiler Rennsitz. Einziges Manko, ist bei Direct Drive Lenkräder bräuchte es einen einstellbaren "Tisch" für die Base. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Rennsitz

I was quite surprised at the response time - especially in the days of diminished customer service. Immediate response to my email. Their published product availability was minimal (just assumed it would be weeks) - i delivery was days. Post purchase follow up was quick - I have not even opened the box/delivery yet! I did a considerable amount of research on the "Trophy" product. Twenty year HPDE instructor and wanted a rig that was portable and adaptable to a range of students. Plan to use it for educational purposes at various track locations for training/track familiarity.

I made an enquiry on the Playseat website and had a personal reply a few minutes later. The advice was really well considered, thoughtful and was of genuine help to me.

Playseat helped me build an order to meet my needs via a few email exchanges and then shipped me a Trophy racing seat direct to my home here in the UK.

Everything was superb from start to finish and the experience really did stand out in an age where everything attempts to be automated.

I am very excited about this product to enhance my F1 experience; however, the customer service is the reason for this review. The product I ordered was no longer available but the customer service team proactively reached out and made sure to take care of me. Customer Service is a tough business right now (early 2022) and PlayseatStore measured beyond.

Habe mich für den Playstore Trophy über die Homepage als Interessent angemeldet und ihn wenig später nach ein paar Mails bestellen können. War anfangs zugegeben etwas skeptisch über die Methode, kann mir aber vorstellen, dass sie etwas hilft, damit das neue Produkt am ohnehin leergekauften Simrig-Markt nicht gleich von einigen Wenigen zusammengekauft und deutlich teurer angeboten wird. Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Der Rennsitz wurde am Donnerstag bestellt und kam schon am Montag drauf bei mir an, war leicht zusammenzubauen und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.

6 maanden geleden een volledige raceset gekocht voor een aanzienlijk bedrag. Na 6 maanden spelen door mijn zoontje, breekt de rempedaal af. Vervolgens worden we door verwezen naar de fabrikant in plaats van dat Playstore hetzelf netjes oplost door de pedalenset om te ruilen. Moet nu eerst allerlei ' hoepels' springen voordat eea geregeld wordt.

Really happy with this seat. Very comfortable and had loads of adjustable options.
