RECLAMACIÓN

El día 14/06/2026, mi novio y yo adquirimos presencialmente dos entradas generales para visitar la Alhambra, con audioguía en portugués, por un importe total de 94 €.

Antes de realizar la compra, presenté mi Tarjeta Europea con el fin de beneficiarme de las posibles reducciones o descuentos aplicables. Sin embargo, dicha tarjeta no fue tenida en cuenta en el momento de la venta, ni recibí ninguna explicación o información sobre el motivo por el que no se aplicó ningún descuento.

Además, tras efectuar el pago, únicamente se nos entregaron las entradas de acceso, sin que se emitiera o entregara ninguna factura o justificante fiscal de la compra. Cuando solicité dicha documentación, no me fue facilitada.

Dispongo del comprobante de pago por Multibanco, así como de las entradas recibidas, que acreditan la realización de la compra.

Por todo ello, solicito:

1. La emisión y el envío de la factura correspondiente a la compra realizada.
2. Una explicación sobre la no aplicación del descuento asociado a la tarjeta que presenté antes de la compra.
3. En caso de que dicho descuento fuera aplicable, la devolución de la diferencia abonada en exceso.

Agradezco una pronta respuesta y la resolución de esta situación a la mayor brevedad posible.

Hicimos el tour con Mario y fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el principio fue muy amable, cercano y profesional. Explicó la historia de Granada, el Albaicín y el Sacromonte de una forma muy interesante y entretenida, haciendo que el recorrido fuera ameno y fácil de seguir.

Se nota que conoce muy bien la ciudad y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas con paciencia y entusiasmo.

Recomendamos este tour al 100% y, si tenéis la oportunidad, intentad hacerlo con Mario. ¡Muchas gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Be prepared to walk far and fast. The Granada tour was very impressive and beautiful. Our guide’s English wasn’t perfect but nice and engaging with stories and responses to questions. Apparently hotter than normal for this time of year.

The place is a scam!
Booked tickets via Booking 1 month in advance and the tickets were not available at the office desk. They have probably sold it already to someone else.

The segway guide Mario from Cuba was very informative and showed us some great sights in Granada. Segway is such good fun.

We purchased what was advertised as an Alhambra entry ticket through Viator for £54, which is already around 50% above the official price. Only when we arrived in Granada did we discover that this was not a ticket at all, but a “pre‑booking” dependent on cancellations. At the ticket office we were told our tour had been cancelled and that the only way to enter was to pay an additional £150 per person, despite the official ticket price being £29.99.

This was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The product was sold as a confirmed ticket, not a speculative reservation. We declined to pay the extra and therefore missed the Alhambra entirely.

This feels misleading and exploitative. I would strongly advise others to avoid this listing and purchase directly from the official Alhambra website instead

I am writing this absolutely gutted. I planned my entire three-week journey through Spain specifically to be in Granada today for an Alhambra tour I booked well in advance with Play Granada.

Less than 24 hours before the tour, I received a text cancelling my spot. They claimed it was an "inventory error" between their system and Viator. An internal technical glitch is not an excuse to leave a traveler in the lurch at the very last minute.
The only "solution" offered was a refund. No attempt was made to find me a spot on another tour or offer an alternative.
Because they held my money and a "confirmed" status until the eleventh hour, I couldn't find any other way into the Alhambra before flying home in a few days.
I’ve spent significant money on trains and hotels just to be here for this experience, and Play Granada completely failed me. If you are planning a "once-in-a-lifetime" visit, do not trust this operator. Their "Confirmed" status means nothing if they can’t manage their own inventory. Total service failure.

Nuestra experiencia fue excellente ya Que contains con apoyo de Fabiana, Que hizo nuestra la compras facil y de manera efficiente, ademas los guias Martha y Clara fueron muy pacientes para explicar el recorrido y lo hicieron de una manera muy amena. Gracias Granada!!!!

Hicimos un walking tour por Albaicín y Sacromonte porque queríamos entender un poco más la historia del barrio.

La guía contaba cosas interesantes sobre cuando Granada era musulmana y también sobre las cuevas donde viven algunas familias en Sacromonte.

Nosotros solos habríamos visto las calles pero no habríamos entendido nada de lo que estábamos viendo.

The visit itself was amazing

Fuimos a Granada sin saber que las entradas para la Alhambra se agotan con meses de antelación… básicamente llegamos pensando que podíamos comprar el mismo día y sorpresa: todo sold out.

Entramos a una oficina donde nos atendió Fabi y la verdad fue súper clara con nosotros. Nos explicó que lo normal es reservar con tiempo pero que ellos a veces tienen tickets de último minuto con audioguía o con visita guiada, incluyendo los Palacios Nazaríes.

El precio era un poco más alto que en la web oficial, pero sinceramente preferimos eso a perdernos la Alhambra, que era lo principal que queríamos ver en Granada.
Al final compramos el de audioguía y todo salió perfecto, nos explicó muy bien los horarios y por donde entrar porque el recinto es bastante grande.

Estuvimos en Granada solo 2 días y casi nos da algo cuando vimos que no quedaban entradas para la Alhambra en la web oficial. Fuimos a preguntar a una oficina y allí nos atendió Fabiana. Desde el principio fue muy clara explicando que lo normal es reservar con meses de antelación y que por eso ya estaba todo agotado.

Nos explicó con mucha paciencia que ellos trabajan con tickets de último minuto y que tenían opción con audioguía o con visita guiada incluyendo los Palacios Nazaríes. El precio era más alto que en la web, eso sí, pero sinceramente era eso o quedarnos sin ver la Alhambra, que es una parada obligatoria si vienes a Granada.

Al final compramos el de audioguía y todo salió perfecto. Fabi nos explicó bien la hora, la entrada y cómo funcionaba todo dentro del monumento. Muy buena atención y muy honesta con todo

Scampraktijk. We hadden deze geboekt. Ze laten een foto zien van de Nasridpaleizen, waardoor ze de indruk wekken dat dit bij de tour zit. Daarnaast is de prijs drie keer zo hoog dan de normale prijs via de officiële website van het Alhambra. KOOP VIA DE OFFICIËLE WEBSITE. Ik heb contact opgenomen, maar ze gaven aan dat het niet restitueerbaar was en dat er geen tickets waren voor de paleizen. Ik ben vervolgens naar de officiële site van het Alhambra gegaan. Daar kon ik tickets zonder Nasridpaleizen boeken voor €12 p.p. Uiteindelijk hebben we via de officiële website ook tickets voor de volgende dag gekocht voor ongeveer €22. Die hebben we dan ook gekocht want we wilden de complete ervaring wat dit bureau blijkbaar niet kon leveren.

Dit bedrijf floreert op de onwetendheid van toeristen door hun clickbait en heeft daar zo te zien geen enkel probleem mee. Ze hebben ons €70 afhandig gemaakt. Uiteindelijk hebben we via de officiële website van het Alhambra gewoon de juiste tickets gekocht voor een veel lagere prijs, letterlijk voor de volgende dag.

Daarnaast probeerden ze via whatsapp me andere tours aan te bieden om natuurlijk meer winst te maken. Dit vond ik niet prettig en zie ik ook als een inbreuk op de AVG!!

Ze hebben op mijn review gereageerd. Ze zeggen neem contact met ons op met dit mailadres. Het grappige is, is het een nep-mailadres is. I'm heb via hun site een ander mail-adres gevonden en hen ook gemaild, maar helaas nu al +- 2 weken geen reactie....

I did the Night Adventure Tour back in 2017 when I first arrived in Granada, and it honestly set the tone for how I fell in love with this city. The tour took us through the Albaicín and Sacromonte at night — the atmosphere was incredible, with the Alhambra lit up in the background and stories that made every corner come alive. Our guide was passionate and really knew how to mix history with entertainment. It didn't feel like a standard tourist tour — it felt like being let in on the city's secrets. Years later I still remember specific moments from that evening. If you're visiting Granada, this is the kind of experience that stays with you.

Lucia fue muy amable con mi familia y conmigo, teníamos un poco de miedo con el tour en Segway, pero nos convenció y nos lo pasamos geniiiiial, incluso los pequeños.
