A scam my player made every singe shot on 2k25

I deposited money into my account on the Players' Lounge app. They have completely froze my account and froze withdrawals so I cannot take my money out of the account. I have contacted multiple support agents and asked them why my account is frozen, and to please release my money so I can withdraw it out of the account. Every support agent will not give me a reason why the account is frozen, and will not release my money. After doing some research on the company
"Players' Lounge" on Better Business Bureau, and Trust Pilot, as well as the app store. This same scenario has happened to many others. This company is an existing scam. They allow you to deposit money, to wager on video game performance of yourself playing, but as soon as you win, they lock your account and take your money. I have all of my gameplay recorded as proof that I did not cheat or do anything wrong or against terms of service, however the support agents do not care. They give zero reason as to why they have froze my account and taken my money. Scam
If you are losing, they will let you keep depositing money. As soon as you win, they LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND DONT LET YOU WITHDRAW. With zero reasoning. No one in support will tell you why. I was not cheating. All my gameplay is live-streamed and recorded on twitch. This is a full on scam and I don't know how they are still in business. They should be and will be shut down soon for STEALING AND FRAUD.

This had to be the worse company ever . I was winning games they would then say that somthing went wrong with the recording and they didnt even watch them so they were marked as a loss ….. they would them go on to say that i wouldn't get a refund … this fraud and im surprised there isnt a class action lawsuit against them yet …

CAUTION: they are scammers if you win. If you lost they took the money if you win they refuse to pay you back

I deposited $30. I had played a few games and went back and forth. Then I won two big bets in a row. They voided my bets and refunded my entry. Can’t be trusted. They are perfectly fine when you lose but do not want you to win. I wish I would have read about their reputation before I went ahead and made a deposit.

They are scam artist!!!! They will accept deposits and customer service is very helpful as long as you are betting and losing but once you try to withdraw your funds, they lock your account and state you violated terms of service without any proof and customer service aren’t available after account is locked! DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE THIS APP

they’re trash. they’re customer service stopped replying once i started asking real questions and after that my paypal got an anonymous code request for access

Man they ain't hitting on nothing they never lower spreads for solo bets, they don't set rules for tournaments on 2k and madden. They charge too much for a withdraw fee, and the customer support services sucks ass. They'll advertise the tournaments for $100 and when u win they only give u half of it like we suppose have anything to do with anybody being in 2nd place I feel like the funds we won in tournaments it's their job to let the 2nd and 3rd place for playerslounge.co to pay them not the winners it's not fair I hope they shut that side down. Literally came on here to rate this boo boo app. Won a match for $80, my stupid opponent disputed the match and somehow won. CROOKED

Website is fake and support helps they're personal players cheat. Won't respond and scam you w ppl that can see everything you're doing. And when they know they've cheated you they lock your account so you can't get anything you won from previous games they're a complete SCAM BE AWARE.

They charge subscrition to play tournaments . before was free and now they want you to pay subscription to join tournamnets

I won over 180 in games and as soon as I wanted to withdrawal they locked my account lol this site is a scam do not waste your money. Crazy they let sites like these exist

They put you against bots that you can’t beat unless you’re like in the of .0001% players good in the game, because they can’t generate enough interest. I played the same person with the same plays same players same scheme everything…5 different times.

Players lounge is trash lol . Someone had it in there settings to have 2 OT's even if the score isn't tied at the end of the first one. Of course I didn't know that thinking that there's a rule against that but I was wrong. I won at the end of the first OT with a touchdown but the game kept going and he ended up winning in the second OT and got the victory. I disputed it and they still gave him the win lol. Dont waste your money lots of shady stuff

It's completely a joke to charge 9$ to withdraw your money the same day. They only offer 1 monthly withdraw for free smh. No other places does this, horrible service trying to cheat customers.

This is a scam. I was arranging Amazon music and at no time did I seek anything from players lounge. I did not give them any reason to take money from me. I did not receive any contact with them and only knew of it when I realised £19.99 had been taken from my credit card. I emailed them and they answered that they have no record of me and to investigate they needed the first six numbers of my credit card and the last four. Almost all the number. These people need investigation.

I had no hopes for it, I just wanted to have fun. In general, I got it and can't say anything positive anymore. That's all

Like others on here. These are a complete scam. I was attempting to add a card to a kids football app and somehow they intercepted my card details and took £19.99 out of my account without my permission.
