With the lockdown eveything has moved online. I didn't think online classes would be any good but i was proven wrong when i did the first lesson. It was more intense than going to the gym and the only benefit i had of being at home was that i could collapse on the sofa afterwards. Its always fun training with Nick. AS Nick says in his emailsl Be warned WEAKNESS IS NOT AN OPTION :)

Moved to PT virtual during lockdown and never looked back - the sessions with Nick and Selina are fun and challenging and they set stretching goals between sessions to keep me going all week. This is the future of exercise for me and just wish I had found them sooner...

I have purchased the 30 PT and diet plan and I feel that it was money well spent. Nick does not sugarcoat, neither does he make grand promises. He is very honest and gives you realistic targets and works with you a plan on you how to achieve them properly. He is a great motivator and in every session he pushes me harder. Even now that I am home isolated, we still have sessions twice a week which help me stay on track with my weight loss and exercise makes me feel better. I have seen changes on my body and Nick makes every session even more challenging and fun. I would totally recommend Nick !

The sessions are well-rounded and work out areas you might be scared to on your own. Nick tailors the sessions for your ability but isn't scared to challenge you either, meaning that you get the most out of your session and the best results. I've definitely seen an improvement in my strength overall as well as perseverance when exercising alone too.

Every session with Nick and David is dynamic, fun, challenging and this positive energy pushes me further each time.
