Build Plumb Plastics Limited Arvostelua

Great Service . Had an issue,Paul sorted it and gave me extra discount for order not going through .

Don't bother, £42 for delivery is extortion.

I was placing an order on the website and the website is quoting 35+vat for a small order delivery charge.

How refreshing in today’s world that you come across rare gems like Shawn ! Explained what I needed, helped me place the order with codes and is arranging an overnight delivery.

We need more Shawns’ in the world - thank you

Shaun was brilliant in helping with my order. Prices lower than the competition. Delivery straight from manufacturer so can't comment on timing but order placed before 12 for same day processing with them and it's just a wait over the weekend to see how many working days it takes. Shaun is the ideal guy to have on the order line.

Great service, swift delivery then aftersales we spot on when requesting the invoice.

Shaun was a great help, thanks.

Great company to deal with. Shaun is especially helpful. Thoroughly recommend buying from them

Requested a VAT invoice which was over 2 years old. Came back in less than 5 minutes of the request. Thank you Shaun

Shaun Neal certainly know drainage it’s almost like he’s a magician in knowing what you need before you need it, answering all the questions needed confidently total Boss at what he does

Shaun is incredible! Fantastic service and very knowledgeable.

Knowing next to nothing about drains, I found Shaun's advice invaluable. Always cheerful, positive and helpful, Shaun's customer service is superb!

Shaun helped us arrange a next day collection for a large order when we really needed it and contacted lots of suppliers for us - much appreciated and recommended!

Five stars! Amazing service and speedy delivery. Will use again. Thanks Shaun :)

Shaun Neal at BP Plastics knows his way around the world of drainage and has guided us through it with his knowledge and experience. He quickly understands complex requirements, warns about the pitfalls and suggests practical solutions that work together as a system. When I need drainage products I know who is going to be able to advise me: Shaun at BP Plastics.

Ordered 2 6" underground long radius bends could not find anybody else who had them in stock. I ordered them after your courier had already collected and your man called him back to collect our order which we received the next day 10 out of 10

On the end of the phone I could tell Shaun knew what he was talking about when we discussed the ground water issues I'm trying to solve. He had great suggestions in response to my drawing and photos of the work done so far. He told me about a drain flap non-return valve that BP don't even sell that I've gone a head and bought that will make the final job well thought through. Looking forward to receiveing the rest of the kit from Bp. Great service!

Quick delivery and friendly helpful drivers. Some items were missing, but Shaun and the team rallied around and got the missing items to me on the same day!
Excellent customer service. Many thanks.
