Shocking experience..

Misselling at its worst!

They put two 3l hibiscus in a 10l tub. Both of which were half alive and even funnier still they put different varieties In which gave the game away still further.

In fairness they gave me a refund - but they clearly hope they are selling to in experienced gardeners.

Plant recieved in poor condition.... Yellow leaves, brown at the edges, sparse.
I have sent 2 emails.... Still waiting for a reply

Service was really good from the retailer and really prompt in replying to my emails. Unfortunately the delivery was not as professionally handled and the tree was quite damaged on receipt.

Plants arrived in perfect condition, healthy and well watered. Packaging was from good materials and provided excellent protection during transportation.

Ordered 2 patio olive trees 100cm tall. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I’d been to a few garden centres prior and came away disappointed. But these are simply perfect , in fantastic condition and look amazing potted up by the front door. Having read lots of reviews on this and other companies before ordering I’m so glad I took the plunge and chose plants galore, couldn’t be happier thank you

The plants are always beautiful as expected and packaged amazingly well so they arrive safely. Also all packaging is recyclable which I highly appreciate. Px

Bought a hanging basket to replace one lost to the heat waves. Delivery was ok although box was just left on doorstep. Once we had revived the basket from the delivery it looked ok but seemed a bit average. May be its late in the season and the plants best time has passed.

Great communication and customer service. Only thing is a little frustrating having to email in rather than being able to call directly.

Perfect healthy plants arrived in good condition. Will use again.

I order many plants online and general they come healthy enough but a bit small or sparce, waiting a few weeks for delivery too..... first time ordering from plants galore, two olive trees, and they are the best plants Ive ever received! They are even fruiting and only just over £20 each! And within 3 days. Well done!
