my first purchase

It was my first purchase in this online store, I am satisfied because the plant has arrived all, a little sprinkled with soil, but the roots are not hardened, healthy, beautiful NID maranta , I will certainly shop here more than once.👍

Like walking into a botanic garden

Like walking into a botanic garden, I love this shop. They regularly get in new stock and cater for all price ranges. The staff are super friendly and inviting.
Buying online is easy and plants I’ve received via the post have been in top condition. I recommend this shop to my friends all the time.

I give you one star and will never…

I give you one star and will never purchase a plant from you again as the plant I received bore no resemblance to the picture of the plant on your website.

Vastaus yritykseltä A Plant Prescription

Good evening Patricia,

We are so sorry you are not fully satisfied with your order from us, this is not what we like to hear.

You ordered 3 items from us. A Calathea, baby Maranta and small ceramic pot. We have just checked your order and see that is was delivered in Tuesday, 5 days ago and we received no communication from yourself that you were unhappy with your order.

Colour, size and variegation varies from plant to plant. They are living things and feel that all our photos used online and across our social media represent our plants well.

Kind regards,

Joseph

Ordered 5 plants - Very good experience

Ordered 5 plants. Was drawn to the site for reasonable prices, ordered on a Saturday, plants sent the Wednesday arriving the Thursday. Very very well packaged arriving with all plants in good condition. All plants met or exceeded expectations, in comparison with online description, with only two plants needing a quick water on arrival - I don’t expect plants to be perfect on arrival some sad looking plants is normal. I’ve been buying plants online for years and would definetly reccommed Plant Prescription. I will be buying from then again.

Really beautiful

Really beautiful, healthy, quality plants that are packed so very well. I used to sell online plants myself so am very fussy about where I purchase my own. I was so pleased to find out that even if the courier had dented the box (which sadly happens with all couriers from time to time) the packing was so good that the plants were received in Class AAA Condition. Labelling on the box made it clear that the courier had special cargo on board. As for the customer Service, it is second to none. This company clearly care a great deal about every aspect of their business and want to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience. I will be using A Plant Prescription for years to come. Thank you so much,
