Identifies plants correctly and provides more detail on how to care for plants. So far, so good. If you haven’t already, purchase the lifetime subscription! It’s a great deal for the service this app provides.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!
It’s a scam and they will charge (and keep charging until your bank declines due to fraudulent activity).
They are based out of Cyprus, so the odds of recouping your money is slim to none.

I paid 50 bucks for this app and it constantly gets stuff wrong!!!!

It helped my plant grow

You sign up for a free trial. 19.99 then they started charging me 49.99 every month. None of which was clear in the subscription sign up.

To be honest, at the first moment I thought it was this app who did not want to refund my money after I canceled the subscription within the free trial period. I figured out why after I contacted Plantin and Apple (I subscribed Plantin through my iPhone) customer service. That was APPLE who has been bullying and pushing around the customers and vendors. Apple's customer service representative told me, I subscribed Plantin through Apple, then the vendors and customers have to follow the rules from apple, despite the vendors/Plantin agreed to refund me the money, but we all violated the rules of Apple. What the rules are? Apple sent me the rules, only the languages choosing part could take me many minutes, I couldn't find what the rules we violated, which means that was Apple wanted, they hide their rules and wait for every customer and vendor to violate, then they could make money from us. I think only a Class Action could fix this issue. Please let me know your thoughts and contact me if you like.

Simple and easy only thing I suggest is being able to scan and have suggestion list for how to fix (patchy grass) I know that’s not really what this app is specifically for but could be a nice addition

J'ai résilié au bout de 24H ( bien avant la fin des 3 jours d'essai) et j'ai été prélevé de 41,99€ 2 fois et la seule solution pour arrêter ces prélèvements non autorisés s'est de faire opposition à sa CB!!!!!!! Fuyez
