I purchased a glass window that need to be shipped overseas to Canada. The box for the window was quite a bit larger than the actual window, along with the associated packing, which made the cost for shipping be considerably greater than the total for the part. They were able to open the box and decrease its size, without compromising it's protective properties and send it on its way at a fraction of the shipping cost. In the end my window arrived safe and sound.

Customer service excellent especially since I was calling from another country. They stocked a difficult to get item in the first place. Item was shipped straight away. And shipping took less time to get from the UK to rural Australia than it takes for something to get from one state to another.
