They don't have proper documentation. And when you ask for a refund, they don't proceed with it. I lost $122.94 USD. And even they cancelled my lifetime subscription on the same day I disputed the charge on PayPal because the service doesn't work as expected and advertised.

Chat sellers are either not legit or something is wrong... I like to know more about the company I want to do business with so I reached out and I found myself chatting to someone from Mexico by the name of Daniel. When I ask to speak to someone from the US. He mentions that they are not from US but from Mexico. He says that this trustpilot company profile is not the real planify x.

This is firee! There´s an app with like a million different tools. I use it for work and helps me a lot.
I signed up for the free trial, im interested on using chatbots for Facebook and whatsapp, I like that they offer unlimited chatbots, since its way more cheaper than many other services
PLANIFYX.COM IS A SCAM! It shows a 7-day free trial banner and actually there are "hidden" terms & conditions.
This scam costs me $699.10.

The free trial is intended for testing our tools under our brand; there is no free trial available for reselling.
This was also indicated on the PayPal payment screen, which displays the total amount before proceeding. As a digital asset, you gain instant access after purchase, and as outlined in our terms, there are no refunds. You agreed to these terms when signing up and accepted them again during the purchase process.
Additionally, you escalated this case to PayPal, which ruled in our favor, confirming that we do not offer a free trial for the reseller program.
