Die Schokalade ist wunderbar und schmeckt super. Ich habe sofort eine Menge gekauft. Alle sind super freundlich und lieb. Das war die beste Schokolade die in Belgien bisher gekauft habe.

Me and my partner are huge lovers of chocolate and have pretty high standards for chocolates- at least as far as Americans go.(refuse to eat hersheys, always keep chocolate around the house, and often find 80% of chocolate products to taste fake) but these where really high quality, the help team was very kind, and the shipping was as fast as promised. I’m not sure why/ how the reviews are so mixed, and I def do not know how the chocolates ship anywhere outside of Europe, but if you are considering ordering them for someone in the EU region, and they themselves are a picky chocolates enjoyer, I really recommend! -especially the Valentine’s Day hearts!

The couriers were appalling. And contacting the company never got any reply.

They couldn't find the address, even though it was definitely correct.

After two failed attempts I rescheduled it for Monday between 12 and 4.

They then tried to deliver it at 9 AM.

Despite someone specifically coming home in the afternoon for this.

The people I sent it to eventually had to pick it up from a post office.

This was a Thank You gift, and supposed to be a nuisance for them.

And now the chocolates are damaged by their journey. Some broken bits and crumbs.

I will definitely not use this company again.

Commande passée le 16/12/2024 pour une livraison convenue pour le 23/12/2024.
Le bordereau du transporteur a bien été établi mais le colis ne lui a jamais été remis.
Excuses…débordés….mais pas de solution.
Remboursement demandé et effectué le 27/12/2024.
Nous ont fait louper un bon moment de portage.

I went with a school group of 35 children 10-13 years old. There was a demonstration by a very entertaining maître chocolat. He was great at keeping the children's attention, had the birthday girl up to help, was funny and very informative. I will recommend this to the travel agent who arranged the trip as the fun thing to do in Brussels!

Website claims next day delivery to Norway, lies. Item never arrived. Contacted DHL- no reply of course. Scam. Don't waste your time

J’ai transmis tous les éléments précis concernant la livraison et finalement 9 jours de retard ! Et encore, uniquement parce que le destinataire a dû se rendre au dépôt d’UPS…J’ai passé cette commande à la seule condition d’une livraison impérative avant Pâques. Ils m’ont d’ailleurs confirmé une livraison sous 48h! Mais n’ayant aucune nouvelle, j’ai contacté le service client…en vain : ils ne m’ont jamais répondu ! Cadeau de Pâques à 165$ raté! Je déconseille fortement ce site ! Aucune aide ni excuse ni dédommagement ! Déception!

En visite à Bruxelles avec mon CFA en février, j'ai eu l'occasion d'avoir une présentation du métier de chocolatier. Les artisans de planète chocolat sont remplis de passion et on peut le sentir dans le goût de leur création. Ils m'ont permis de faire un excellent cadeau de saint Valentin. Si vous êtes en visite à Bruxelles, je vous conseil d'y faire un tour et de gouter à leurs chocolats. Blanc, au lait, noir ou rubis, les quatres sont particulièrement bons.

Au delà de la boutique, j'ai découvert l'atelier de chocolat. Des pièces artistiques et originales. L'accueil est très chaleureux.

I know I've seen a lot of negative reviews here, which made me nervous. But it appears that Planete Chocolat learned a good lesson in the troubles of 2022. I've only made one purchase (to be sent to Spain), but it was handled very, very well. I received at least 4 e-mail notifications from Planete Chocolat as the package moved through various stages (ready to ship, shipping, on the way, delivered) as well as multiple notifications from the shipping agency as well (DHL, in this case).

Packaged arrived in fine shape, exactly on time, just 1.5 business days after being ordered. Gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing from them int the future.

No delivring after 1 week inspite of The chocolate has been paied. No respons from customer service, no phone number….80 € lost :-(

Der Online Service ist extrem langsam und oft oft nicht erreichbar. Ich versuche seit einer Stunde das Passwort zu ändern, aber der Server nimmt die Anfrage nicht an. Planète Chocolat behauptet, dass sie im Schnitt jede Anfrage nach anderhalb Stunden beantwortet. Das ist im Online Geschäft ungenügend, denn wer möchte schon anderthalb Stunden warten, wenn er eine Bestellung aufgibt. Hinderlich ist auch, dass man sich für eine Bestellung anmelden muss und nicht einfach als Gast bestellen kann.

Don't order from this company and expect your chocolates to arrive, or, for that matter, to get any help from so-called customer services.
Over £40 worth of chocolates and I'm told to take it up with DHL the courier!!
The chocolates were delivered by DHL hundreds of miles from the correct address. Eventually arriving at the correct destination nearly 3 weeks late. During this time Planete Chocolat offered no help at all.
They were spoiled of course, covered in a bloom. Finally on receiving a picture of the chocolates Planete Chocolat did take action and have refunded my money.
It would have been so much better if they had taken responsibility for the problem at the outset. I can see that I'm not the only person this has happened to.

Bought some chocolates in the store which were fantastic. The owner was very kind and warm, taught us about how chocolate is made from cocoa, and was very welcoming in general. The chocolates were really great - some of the best chocolates I’ve had in a long time. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

I discovered Planete Chocolat in 2019 when I was trying to get a gift sent to a dear friend in the UK. She had told me she loved chocolate . Chocolate is a mood elevator affecting both dopamine and oxytocin. I live in the USA and trying to ship to the UK can be very expensive. My first gift was a box of heart shaped pralines which included a clever pouch for the box to sit in. The best part besides the quality, was the shipping from Belgium to the UK is free.
My second order was an Easter Basket on Easter of 2020. In that basket was a special caramel spread with cinnamon that she talked about for weeks.
Just recently, this June 2021, I sent her the "Temptation Package." Five boxes along with three spreads. Again she is extremely happy. The nice thing is, being a Yank it makes me look good, lol.
All three orders have turned out perfect and I could not be happier, nor could she.
If you are in the United States and wanting to ship to Europe, give Planete Chocolate a try.
