To make a withdrawal you need to verify documents. So I did their "liveliness" video. Next wanted a photo of my drivers license, front and back. I submit the photos. It comes back rejected because its expiring next month! So WTH does that have to do with anything? Its valid! I haven't been sent the new one because its still valid! Besides that, it still serves the purpose for which you need it for! Photo ID for name identity. Chances are this company operates in a foreign country so you wouldn't have any authority over a valid license or an invalid license!
Here's a piece of advice for anyone reading my review. Any of these places doing business in a foreign country and they are asking for photos of the front and back of cards like drivers license and credit cards that are United States citizen owned, beware, there's really no reason for them to especially have a photo of the backside of a credit card. Your card security code is right there. With that it's easy for online purchases and cash to be charged to your card. They don't need that information for identity. It will come up when they input the account number or it will decline it if they use the system where name on card must match the name the user gave them. Most do that. Also billing address must match the credit company records of what you told or typed in to do the transaction. There's nothing a foreign country of the USA can do with drivers license or government/state identification card numbers. Therefore they shouldn't be asking for them or taking photos of them. They have no jurisdiction or authority of USA, ID information networks. In other words, they can't verify anything by, "running it through their computer system". They aren't tied into state DMV records in the USA!
ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE TRANSACTING IN CRYPTOCURRANCY! There's no ID other than matching your deposit address. Even then, that should not matter, because, most of these sites want you to send to a wallet thats on their list of wallets.
As far as playing casino games on Planet 7, is useless for me, because I know that if I were to win something and decided to cash out I will not be allowed to do so, and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. I'm sure if I told them, "could you wait till the 26th when my B-day and new license expiration date updates?" Ya, no! They probably have a small tiny time window to get your winnings cashed out! 😅
This is my own common sense here. If I'm wrong, please correct me. I just don't feel its right and seems like all of it is hoops to jump through and they hope you don't have the hoop or you can't make the jump through it. All to either not payout or delay paying in hopes you'll play your winnings til you're back to zero or below minimum cashout balance. You don't need to show ID at brick & mortar casino's unless it over a certain amount and that's for income tax reporting purposes. I believe anything over $1200.00 of course good ol' Joe may have lowered it! 🤣

I won $100 right after Christmas but they would not let me cash out before making a deposit. After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant and after and time I sent the $10 and was waiting for a long time. When I check on it today they say I mixed funds. They told me to deposit the $10 but the fact I had more than $100 at the time I played the couple dollars extra and cashed out $110 and they say I mixed funds and lose it all. Planet 7 is another site that does not honor it's payouts! And I was called a liar by an agent, as she created a lie to deny my payout! I waited 5 days after my verification was approved, then my transaction was approved by a manager, and then taken away! GOOD: The game variety is good with new games showing up regularly.For the most part customer service is friendly and swift with any issues other then payout. I have won,cashed out maybe a dozen times and always gotten paid EVENTUALLY.
BAD: The withdrawl process can be complicated and drag on for months. Only one time did I receive auth and payout with in their listed time frame( it did suprise me). So if you are lonely and like to chat with friendly support people OFTEN...you might want to go there. If you want to collect your winnings without hoop jumping and a loooooong wait....I hear there are better places to go.

Once they got my personal info, Planet7Casino broke their contract by obstructing my access. A "confirm email" message popped up, but no link was sent to my email. There was no way to proceed! This is a gimmick to obtain your personal data!

Planet 7 is absolutely a freaking scam!!! I did one of their promotions got up to $5,000 cashed out $2,500 and played the rest in different machines to kind of test the waters…then they denied my withdraw and took the $2509 because they said I had $10 from another promotion which I did not have a balance when I started and believe it was an excuse to not pay me!
