Planet 7 Arvostelua

I have gotten the run around from here. I won and have tried cashing out but I needed to deposit money 1st. I did and then I waited. I was told it takes about 10 days for the pending withdraw request to be approved. Im way past that and they made me verify my account after it was already verified. It took another 3 days for the verification to happen again. Im getting the run around and I thinking this isn't a legit site.

I made a deposit via debit card. I played in one over $900. But trying to get my money has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I send documentation in it it’s not correct, and then I find out that the only thing I can do when I use a debit card is to do a wire transfer. When I try to do a wire transfer, I find out that I cannot transfer into my checking account because my checking account doesn’t allow for international wire transfers. So I open up a different account so I can receive the funds and now I can’t receive the funds until I have 15 transactions on the new account and send them a bank statement showing that. My issue is that they should’ve said before I even made the deposit with a debit card what the requirements were going to be for withdrawal. Because I might not have deposited money then.

Yes people please stay away from this site and it's 7 or so sister sites. The bad thing about it is there giving the rest of the online slot sites that use Real Time Gaming slots a bad reputation. But there is many GREAT Online Casinos that also only uses the same slot provider "Real Time Gaming" that are real and pay out. But these worthless no good MFr's make people not trust this style of casinos. But in my opinion these are the best paying slots online.
If you're looking for some real legit casinos to play here are my top 3 Favs.
BettyWins
Mr.O
Adrenaline
Jumba
Wild.io
Wild
Eternal
Elegant
Goat Spins
Extreme
Brango
Ozwin
Crocroc
Duckyluck

I won on planet 7. They gave me the run around about my withdrawal and ultimately closed my account without telling me why customer support Ronald just closed the chat.

I played on Planet 7 enough to cash out just to be told I have to deposit $10 to get my winnings..that's a joke..when you win something you win it...who pays to collect their winnings. I agree completely with the others in the reviews just a bunch of crooks. 0 stars

Absolutely do not trust this company. Crooks. Promise you x y and z and deliver on nothing. They should be imprisoned honestly.

Scam casino at best

Planet 7 is a scam and a fraud they give me 25 free spins played it won $100 went to withdrawal and they said I can’t get my money cause I have to many account and this is not the first or the second time they did this to me planet 7 need to get banned cause they are scamming people

I went to planet 7 use one of the coupons I said Keno or slots I played a slot 11100 and when I went through cash out they said I couldn't catch out because it was a progressive slot it had nothing in there about that they just b******* they don't want to pay you so they can make up their rules if they go along I wouldn't play there if you paid me

No Big Winnings at Planet 7 Casino!

Planet 7 Casino employees lie, cheat, and steal.  If you have a decent cashout, e.g. over $1,000, the employees of Planet 7 Casino will call you a cheater and tell you your winnings are void!  They will not provide you with any legitimate documentation to refute their claim.  They have done this same scenario many times.  Even worse, they have a textbook sociopath at Planet 7 Casino who runs the show.

I had to deal with a sociopath for three years in college.  We had about fifteen students in a very close accelerated program which took us three years to complete.  Our sociopath in college cut up his girlfriend's baby during a verbal altercation.  Our sociopath claimed he was cleaning his knife over the baby's crib and the knife accidentally slipped and cut the baby.  No one believed that!  He became a convicted felon and was no longer allowed to sit for the CPA Exam.  To this day, our sociopath has no remorse and no conscious.  Planet 7 Casino stole about $4,500 from me!  I suggest you try your luck elsewhere.  Diamond Reels Casino and their affiliates are an excellent place to start!

I one off a bonus 2500 ive gavin alot of $$ to theese so called casinos planet 7 slots garden ruby slots net bet ,palace of chance, royal ace , wild vegas. And there more. Im pretty sure there the same people just changen the name . This needs to stop there has to be somone that needs to forse theese web sights out . There going to keep scamming people every day . Every one that has been scammed go to facebook insta gram every sight you talk with people with . Worn them make it sharable . Do this at least once aweek just keep doing this somthing has to give dont let others get riped off

The withdrawal process is not legit not what’s up !! It tells you to deposit a 10 bitcoin for confirmation and when u withdrawal I was only giving my 10 dollers back not the 200 I won.. very disappointing to me. Like really takes the fun and excitement away really.

Update I have still not received my payout

I have been trying to cashout $834.03 since 6-8-25. It has been a nightmare trying to get my money. They ask for information such as bank statements and utility bills for verification. They will tell you everything has been verified and to now wait the 10 business days for your withdrawal to be processed. After that 10th business day now there’s another thing you need to verify and they keep adding hoops to jump through. I would love to play on this casino more as I gamble quite a bit but the payout is impossible to get. I will update once I get my withdrawl.

A complete waste of time and Scam. I’ve met play through requirements twice and was denied my withdrawal both times. Customer Service was very rude. I do not recommend playing with this casino at all.

This casino advertises 24/7 support and not one time has their chat support ever been open! They also continually take my deposits and do not credit my account I have to go through a entire fight in order to get my money that I have paid deposited into my account! They also have the worst host I've ever seen they do not reply and when they do it is several days later and they do not offer Solutions!

Completely rigged, I was playing video poker and updated my bet from 5 to 10 dollars but was only receiving payouts as if I was betting 5 dollars. I didn't notice until I hit a full house and straight flush and the math wasn't matching the pay table.

I would completely avoid this casino they are complete frauds.

This place is just pure scam. Got 800$ then try to withdraw wich is rejected for no reason at all, live support doesn t answer, they also ask for deposit before i am able to withdraw, i depo and then nothing happens and still can t withdraw. Do not spend your money here.

Can't get your money you win because of some loop hole they made up.

Do not do not do not play Planet 7. They hijack all your personal information and never ever ever pay out.
They are snakes hiding in Germany.
They torment you for documentation over and over as a stall tactic.
Shame shame shame.

If I could give a negative I would. I have been fighting to get a withdrawal processed for about 6 months. I have jumped through every hoop but still no resolution. This is absolutely the worst casino I have ever played. Please do not waste your money!!!
