I contacted Jo back in May 2021 as I was looking to get a mortgage but absolutely no idea where to begin. Right from the get go she was on the ball and gave me all the information I needed and reasured me with the process. The whole buying process for us took almost 8 months due to a lengthy and confusing property chain however, Jo and Olivia were always there to help and push the rest of the chain. I would highly recommend them both! I'll deffo be in contact with them for when my fixed rate ends. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with planet finance for my mortgage and I have to say as i am self employed in construction getting a mortgage to begin with wasn’t an easy undertaking at all. My husband and I first came to Jo as Planet had been highly recommended by a few connections of ours. Being first-time-buyers, we were pretty clueless as to where to start.. Jo literally took all the stress off us and did everything, We didn’t have to worry once, completely stress free experience!

Since then, Jo and Francesca have helped us ever since.. with everything from our residential mortgage, help-to-buy remortgage and now we are about to use Planet's services again for a new Buy-to-Let mortgage.
