Cancelled my order for no reason

Cancelled my order for no reason, support just ignores me. Wasted time.

Upd 26.01.24
Okay, great. I just tried again and my order was cancelled again. Your provider won't let me buy the game with my own money. That's great.

We're sorry to hear your order was cancelled. Your order was marked as high-risk and automatically cancelled by our ecommerce provider as the credit card you were using has been identified as fraudulent.

As per our original reply, your second order did not go through because you used the same payment method that has been flagged for fraudulent activity. All we can suggest is using a different payment method that does not have fraudulent activity associated with it. Shopify controls all payment processing, if they detect that a credit card has been charged back on another store or has been flagged for fraudulent activity, the order will be cancelled.

Quick Response Time

Customer service was extremely helpful -- even though I had a few purchasing issues, they were courteous and helpful in providing suggestions and solutions, and their response time was very fast. The game itself has worked like a charm, and I've had a blast playing it.

An amazing company

I was looking for a better price for the Sims 3, since it was an older game and I did not feel like paying $30 to get it directly from EA. I was price searching and found PJ’s Games. I was a little worried about purchasing from a 3rd party seller, especially since they are based in Canada, but my worries sure got proven wrong. I did have an issue redeeming the game (user error), and I emailed costumer service late at night and got a message the next morning. It’s an amazing company and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Avoid these guys

Avoid these guys. Bought a game i thought was for Nintendo Switch. I didn't redeem the code and these cowboys would not refund quoting Amazon T&C's. They basically didn't care. Appalling customer service

We're sorry you thought you were purchasing a Nintendo Switch product, but nowhere on the product page was there any mention of the Switch and in multiple places it stated the product was for Windows and Steam specifically. We mentioned Amazon's digital refund policy in addition to ours because we wanted to show you that many retailers do not accept returns on digital purchases. Luckily, if you have no intention of redeeming the code you should actually be able to resell it at a profit since you purchased it at 75% off the regular Steam price.
