Ordering and delivery and product was good. Ordered two argyle sweater vest and they are beautiful(for dad). Oh but the heavy chemical smell is unbearable. Will instruct my dad to put in cleaners... Näytä lisää

So their website says quick delivery and sounds like an English company, but after about 8 weeks your stuff will arrive only if you are a size large it would probably fit a 3 year old child!!!! Absolu... Näytä lisää

The ordering process was excellent

The ordering process was excellent, but now I have been needing to return what I bought for almost a month and can not get anyone to respond to me. Like I said, ordering was zero problems I would give 5 stars, but because their customer service is lacking for whatever the reason may be, I am giving them a 1 star. If they would at least answer me about returning the item even if it’s to say I cannot return, I would be very happy with that.

Wrong color, no reply

I received the wrong color sweater. When I emailed about the error, I received no reply. Sweater felt rather plastic-y as well.

The vest I ordered is nice.

My perspective

The items I purchased were nice but the denim jacket did not look as good in person as it did in the pictures. The pants are tight but I will eventually be able to fit them. Overall, I’m satisfied but I’d recommend going up a size in certain items.

Very bad customer experience

Very bad customer experience. Been trying to customer care but nobody bothers to respond back. I wanted to cancel just after ordering it in online . Site doesn’t have option to cancel it. Customer care doesn’t respond.

Pathetic ..

so so much delayed delivery

There was so so so much delay in delivery almost a month with no Immediate response from customer care.
The shirt is good I liked that very much but customer support is not good.
