Pizza Hut Arvostelua 115

Po 25 minutach oczekiwania przy wyjściu na teren restauracji w M1 w Krakowie (1/3 stolików na parterze była wolna ale z brudnymi talerzami) podszedł kelner. Zapytał czy chcemy zamówić na miejscu. Uprzątnął stolik i o nas zapomniał. Po kolejnych 25 minutach oczekiwań wania na przyjęcie zamówienia wyszliśmy. W tym czasie na parterze było 6 osób z obsługi. Chyba więcej niż zajętych stolików. Jak zapytaliśmy czemu tak długo się czeka, kelner powiedział, że nas nie zauważył. Poszliśmy na obiad do Sphinxa. Wszystkich klientów obsługiwała 1 dziewczyna i pomagał jej 1 chłopak. Po 1 godzinie byliśmy już po objedzie. I w restauracji był full osób. Może tylko 2 stoliki wolne. I czyste.

Dwie z pięciu pizz były zimne, czekałem ponad półtorej godziny dział reklamacji miał mi przesłać rabat który nie doszedł żeby go dostać trzeba ich pilnować dzwonić z trzy razy po godzinę może trochę mniej za pierwszym razem tel mi padł XD Ale pizza gdyby nie zimna lepsza niż w Dominis mniej semoliny dają

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and while the online ordering process was smooth, my pickup experience left a lot to be desired. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by an atmosphere of dissatisfaction. Several customers were vocalizing complaints about their orders, which immediately put me on edge.
When I approached the counter to pick up my food, I was met by a staff member who, it turned out, was the manager. While I appreciated her role, her attitude was far from welcoming. I noticed my order was incomplete — a couple of items were missing. When I politely informed her about it, she seemed irritated that I had asked for the missing items. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism, she hastily gathered the items and threw them into a bag, passing it to me through the door, rather than properly handing it over.
Once I returned home, my disappointment deepened. The pizzas were rushed, with the crust still doughy, indicating they weren’t cooked properly or rushed. To add insult to injury, the dipping sauce for my wings & breadsticks was missing entirely, along with the marinara sauce. I spent over $50 on what I expected to be a quality meal for my familyon new years eve, only to be met with such a lack of attention to detail and customer service.
Overall, this experience at Pizza Hut was frustrating and disappointing. I had hoped for a great meal but was left dissatisfied with missing items and poorly prepared food. It’s unfortunate, as I genuinely enjoy Pizza Hut’s offerings, but this experience has made me hesitant to return. A little professionalism and attention to customer needs could go a long way in improving service.

Pizza was overcooked,paid for extra chicken which was non existant. Most of the toppings fell off as there was not one bit of cheese on it. Had to pick the burnt pieces of minuscule meat and crispy pepperoni off before eating what was left.

My gf described the vegan cheese pizza as “sludge”, looked and tasted disgusting, not only is the quality bad but it costed an extra £1 to change the normal cheese to vegan cheese?? When she had no toppings, 1/5 stars greedy while poor quality, will NOT come again

Excellent customer service at Pizza hut Rhyl branch.
The food was really good and the waiter Justin absoloutly made the whole experience a pleasure.Even my 9 year old grandson commented on what a nice waiter he was.He should certainly set the standard.

Pizzahut MerryHill Westmidlandstook my daughter a few weeks ago they really encouraged me to use the online payment app. I managed to click on another link by accident and ended up setting up a subscription payment to a dodgy company called Oasishelp They took £30 from my account. I spent ages on the phone speaking with fraud investigators at the bank and inconvenience of cancelling my card. It is upsetting as they have a moral duty of care to their customers which I felt was was very lacking. I won't be returning.

I used to love Pizza Hut . After a few bad experiences i decided to leave a bad review with corporate the other day. We bought two pizza. They both had different issues. I couldn’t eat either of them. They just recognized our complaints nothing else. I am tired of hire prices but the food and quality is lower , no money back or coupons nothing I am fed up

Dzień dobry:) Od lat jestem Państwa gościem, ale dzisiaj jestem wyjątkowo rozczarowana... Pizza pół na pół - ktoś chyba nie umie dzielić na pół!!! Jeden kawałek jakiś dziwny, strasznie dużo sosu pomidorowego, a grzanki miały być z serem, ale ktoś zapomniał!!! Nie fajnie :(

Been to Pizza Hut at retail park in Trafford and it was the worsed meal and experience I have ever had customer service was next to none. It was my grand daughter’s birthday and we took a cake we had to ask three times for them to bring it out, and they wee not busy . I don’t like ordering on my phone nobody came to see if we were ok, will never go again

pizza hut more like this pizza sucks. I came her for a quick easy dinner with a few mates and let me tell you worst night of our lives. We were all starving and we were the only ones in the shop probally for good reson aswell we. We placed our orders at 9:32pm and didnt recive our 2 small peporines until 10:01pm. And dont even get me started on the pizza... It tasted like ear wax pure ear wax it was so gressy and uck it almost made me and my mates throw up.

Dziś byłem w restauracji przy ul. Widok i niestety po raz drugi. Pierwszy raz nikt do mnie nie podszedł przez długi czas po czym wyszedłem nie obsłużony. Teraz dostałem pizze z serem ale tylko po środku i w dodatku nie do końca rozpuszczonym.
Był to jeden gruby kawałek i nie wyglądał apetycznie. Jedynym plusem Był kelner

zamówiliśmy 2 małe pizze i 100 ml loda, przyszło nam po 1 goidnzie i 43 minutach!!!!! Nie dość że pizza była strasznie zimna i musieliśmy ją podgrzać to lody przyszły całe rozstopione!!!!! NIE POLECAM ZAMIAEIAC W ICH APLIKQCJI TYLKO PRZEZ GLOVO!

The worse on , Princess Ann Road, Norfolk Virginia sent son in store to get a pizza we ate it 15 minutes later I got sick real bad stomach was cramping super bad contacted store lady put me on hold never came back to store went to patient first cost me 155.00 pluse 3 days off work spoke with Jordan from corporate he lied like a dog it took him 30 to get back with me then lied stateing he would pay out the 155.00 if I sent that paperwork from patient first which I did never received the check. He lied like a dog. all I wanted was to be reimbursed they gave me three prescriptions he made like he was gonna pay out but he never paid so I will forever be posting be mindful Pizza Hut or Princess Ann the health department even went in there
