Pixyls Arvostelua 

Okay, an ad for these came up in my social media, I'm usually sceptical about gimmick products advertised on Big Meta, but I thought I would buy a couple of small products to see if it was worth it.. I thought I would enjoy Vexyls better, but grabbed a couple of small Pixyls kits as well... well, I am thoroughly enjoying the Vexyls, but I am totally in love with the pixyls products.. I will be ordering more of these in the future.. they may seem a bit spendy for what they essentially are.. a piece of card and a couple of sheets of stickers, but they are well made, the designs are lovely and it has been giving me hours of entertainment, 100% worth it.. if you're considering purchasing, I thoroughly recommend getting their tweezers, they are super fine and make picking up the tiny stickers a more enjoyable experience.

The products are superb!! Amazing quality. And the packaging is good enough to get perfect quality goods all the way to the UK. With free and unexpectedly fast postage! Delighted with my second order too. Love you guys! 🥰🥰🥰

Delivery is fast, i got everything i needed. Customer support is easy to reach. I got my order without having any issue. Very good quality too. I also love their vexyls, i actually prefer them over pixyls. Both are amazing tho!
Can also join discord to have a easy access to others people arts completed/in progress, for questions and they take in consideration our ideas.

Let me state this first: I LOVE Pixyls, I spent hundreds of euro's on their items. But the way they run their business, is just not for me.

* the stickers are quite often not square. For a premium product (and a premium price), this is unacceptable.
* they have multiple sites, each for a different area of the world. But this also means that not all products are available everywhere.
* the site for Europe is in development, which also means you can't put things on your wishlist, and thus track what you want.
* stock is very, VERY small and you can't pre-order. Which means that you have to make multiple orders if you want several items at the same time, which each cost a shipping fee. Lots of items are sold out in minutes after release, and it takes weeks, if not months to restock, which are also sold out shortly after.
* even the designs we made together by polls on their Discord-server, were sold out in minutes.
* they do have a loyalty-reward program, for discount, but due to the stock being small, you can't profit from it decently.
* they have a subscription-program, but due to that being run from the Canada-site, the points you earn from the loyalty-reward program, isn't added to your account immediately.
* they have a very lovely Discord-server, but there you can only be positive about Pixyls. Constructive feedback isn't wanted.
* When I announced I would leave due to the feedback as stated above, they did reach out to me, the owner even sent me a friend-request, but they didn't follow up.
* last time I tried to order, there was a free gift in my shopping cart. I wanted to look to add more, and when I returned, the free item was gone.

All in all, I cancelled my subscription and will not be ordering any further. I do wish them the best tho.

I love Vexyls!! My new favourite craft at last

I’ve been a long time customer and love every kit! One time where there was a quality control issue, customer service was quick to respond and provide a solution!

My absolute fave new craft! No mess, easy to transport, Canadian female owner. Such great quality and while easy; it also takes practice to get really good at it. Highly recommend!

Pixyls as a hobby are fantastic, and the company is run very well. Great communication, great customer service, great product. There is even an active Discord that incorporates a social element and community for the hobby.

As a customer since June 2025 with a large variety of Pixyls now in my collection, I cannot say I've been happier to have found them! A great craft all around and their team is quick on shipping. I expect to be a long-time customer!

I've been a huge diamond painter for almost a decade but then really had struggles with spilling drills or wanting to work on a project in bed or bring a project with me. Not only can you do all that with Pixyls but the brand is amazing with their designs. They have their community vote in their discord and they've grown a lot over the past 2 years I've been purchasing Pixyls' kits. I'm fully converted to just Pixyls now :D

I'm a repeat customer. Granted, this was mainly back when de minimus exception applied for USA and there have been some changes made now that that's gone... including them making a whole additional site and getting a whole second office so that US customers would be less likely to have to abandon this hobby or have to go with another company making inferior products for reasons of customs expenses. I'm still giving Pixyls the best score possible. I also recommend joining their Discord server; it's incredibly camaraderie vibes even though we're scattered around the globe. I love the pixel art kits "pixyls", less sure where I stand on the layered multi-shape art "vexyls". But it's my primary at-home craft when it's too hot for working on my bigger fiber arts projects so that I don't get bored of always working in thread weight crochet cotton.

The products are amazing. So much fun to do! The stickers are great quality. But its not just the stickers or the themes that make Pixyls so great - its the team behind the names. A team that constantly wants to improve and listen to their clients to make their products exactly what we want. The Vexyls are my favorite. They're so beautiful to frame and hang! Customer service is also on point.

i've been a customer of pixyls for almost 2 years now and they've grown so much as a business in those 2 years. their products have always been great, and they continue to get better as time goes on. they work directly with artists to make their products and don't use AI which is honestly so hard to find nowadays. it's a fun craft that you can take with you anywhere without any mess. as long as pixyls continues to release products, i will continue to be a customer!

I first came across Pixyls through their Stardew Valley collaboration. I was hesitant at first but I placed an order, thinking this would be a one-time thing in order to get my hands on some Stardew themed items. However, I really enjoyed the process, which I was pleasantly surprised by as I don’t at all consider myself a crafty person!

I’ve since placed several orders; I find using Pixyls very relaxing, its mess free and it’s also been a fantastic way to reduce my screen time! They provide a free gift for new customers, which I found super helpful as it allowed me to get the hang of placing the stickers without the risk of messing up the items I’d ordered.

The team behind Pixyls are also fantastic! They’re always keen to hear customers’ feedback and ideas, and they are constantly improving with every launch! It’s also great to be able to support the artists that put so much love and hard work into every item they release. I am very glad I found this small business, as I now have a new hobby!

Amazing and beautiful products, have been ordering from them for a while now and have never been dissapointed. Every time I order a package, it is shipped within two days and gets delivered to me pretty quickly. I really have come to love these little stickers

The quality is premium, the designs are really creative, I have 3 big canvas, all the doll and landscape collection, the calendar and the monthly subscription. Its really a nice way to chill and is not as stressful as other mindful activities. Also the customer experience, mail, discord and instagram is amazing.

I found Pixyls in 2024 due to not having a PC (it was getting upgraded). At first, I ignored the ads on Instagram since... well, money, and I was freshly 18 that year. Eventually, though, I gave in since I started to get into diamond painting as well.

I haven't gone back.

I deal with a multitude of mental health issues - ranging from severe PTSD to dissociative disorders. I also deal with complicated grief that makes life extremely dull at times due to the loss of the loved ones. Needless to say, I really needed a new coping mechanism that didn't involve screens. I'm already visually impaired - I didn't want to further hurt my vision.
Having something like this has... potentially saved my life. Quite literally. There have been times when I have been so low, and the only thing I felt like doing was Pixyls, which allowed me to turn off my brain and not think about what was going on. I didn't have just the mental health issues at the time, too - I was in a bad situation with an ex, which just made it worse. But Pixyls brought me through the darkness of that time, and I am forever grateful.

And that's just about the product itself! I haven't even gotten to Rachel (the CEO) and the Pixyls team!
I will admit, I did find Rachel slightly intimidating at first, but that's normal. Over time, though, I've been able to be friendly with her, and I enjoy each interaction we have. She's EXTREMELY involved with the community - which isn't common these days!
Rachel has done me a lot of solids. I think very fondly of her, and I'm extremely proud of how far she's come with the company.

Regarding the team itself... from the artists to the support team, all of them are so kind and so talented! I had some issues with my deadname coming through and freaked out, so I emailed support and they got it taken care of! I was very relieved that the company isn't bigoted.

Overall, 5/5. Highly recommend. I still Pixyl to this day, even if it's not as much anymore. Pixyls has changed my life for the better and I couldn't be more grateful. Please give them a chance.
