It's taken over 2 full days to receive any bit of support or help just to be told it's "ahead of schedule" completely unprofessional behavior and absolute scum of the video game knsutry

Seems a bit shaky at first but honestly customer is super helpful and will guide you through. I would recommend reading rules and contacting customer support through Whatsapp and if you do then they are 100% recommend.

An awful experience, the supplier is selling fake and hacked accounts. Before receiving an account I requested to cancel my order and return my money, they denied it. I will raise a claim to european union

So I bought a few games over the past few months they've was working then errors happend I spoke to a dude called dale who helped me and resent the broken orders I wanna say I recommend these guys as even months after purchase there willing to help

They made instructions so easy to follow just have to pay attention to all that is written and it should be goood ans game works

I would not recommend Pixel Puffin based on my experience.

I ordered an account to play a game. Although the delivery was technically within the advertised 48-hour timeframe, it still took much longer than expected.

I also found it unacceptable that it was impossible to cancel the order before delivery. If nothing has been delivered yet, customers should be able to cancel their purchase.

When I finally received the account, the login credentials didn't work at all. I contacted customer support, but despite explaining several times that the credentials were invalid, I kept being asked the same question before the issue was finally escalated to another team. Communication was slow, with long periods of no updates.

At the time of writing this review, I still don't know whether I'll receive a replacement account or a refund. I've asked for a refund because I no longer want to keep waiting after spending most of my day trying to resolve this issue instead of enjoying the game I paid for.

One last thing that didn't inspire confidence was that the customer support agents all used very generic English first names, which personally gave me the impression that they might not be their real names. I can't confirm whether that's the case, but combined with the rest of my experience, it didn't help build trust.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish, and I cannot recommend buying from this seller.
