Legit so far. I read all the negative reviews, but I am writing my personal experience with this site. It is one of my preferable sites to earn some points which then I use for various apps like Cointiply to apply for points. Now, like when it was Hideout tv, it pays every time, although only few points. It is pleasant when they issue a promo code to add to that sum. Positive, all in all.

I've tried this resource that promised me to earn points that I could convert to "passive income" money. Well, I've let it run for over 20 hours, playing hundreds of videos, and the rsult was... zero points. Zero. I tried again. Then again. And again. Always the same outcome: zero points. Adblock was off, volume was on, videos were played at normal screen size. Everything was the way it should be. So, I can only guess the service is only available to some specific countries and my country (Italy) may not be included in the list. This would be acceptable, but then the users should have the right to know it. I mean: every single user connects to such a website only to earn rewards. If we wanted to watch videos, well, sorry to sound rude but there are tens of other websites (like YT) that make an immensely better choice with billions of videos available on every subject that is imaginable. A comparison would be almost like comparing the size of planet Mars to the size of a chickpea.

Mi rivolgo a voi per esprimere la mia preoccupazione riguardo al servizio di generazione punti offerto da Pixel. Desidero sottolineare alcuni problemi che ho riscontrato nell'utilizzo del servizio, che reputo necessitino di soluzione immediata per garantire un'esperienza soddisfacente agli utenti.

In particolare, ho notato una variabilità significativa nella generazione dei punti per la visualizzazione delle pubblicità. A volte, nonostante la visualizzazione regolare delle pubblicità, i punti non vengono accreditati o vengono accreditati in modo irregolare. Tale inconsistenza è fonte di frustrazione per gli utenti.

Inoltre, rispetto ad altri servizi concorrenti come Loot TV, ho riscontrato ritardi nell'accredito dei punti trasferiti su profili come FreeCash. Questi ritardi, oltre a non contribuire alla striscia quotidiana di un euro, costringono gli utenti a contattare l'assistenza clienti per ottenere l'accredito dei punti trasferiti, il quale può richiedere anche fino a due giorni per essere effettuato.

Considerando che Pixel, come Loot, trae profitto dalla visualizzazione di pubblicità da parte degli utenti e genera entrate significative, ritengo che questi disagi non siano accettabili. Ci si aspetterebbe un servizio d'eccellenza che rispetti gli impegni di accredito dei punti e dia risposte tempestive agli utenti che segnalano problemi.

Inoltre, è evidente che le risposte automatiche precompilate inviate in risposta alle segnalazioni degli utenti denotano un disinteresse nel fornire un supporto personalizzato e tempestivo.

Per favorire una maggiore fiducia e soddisfazione da parte degli utenti, vi invito a considerare con attenzione queste problematiche e ad adottare le misure necessarie per migliorare il servizio offerto.

SCAM WARNING!

After collecting finally some points I got this message:

"It looks like your account has been temporarily suspended. Oftentimes this occurs when we detect accounts with temporary or fake email addresses, however, other reasons may also apply. If you feel your account may have been blocked in error, please reach out to us at support(at)pixelpointtv.zendesk.com to see if we can unblock your account. For more information on this subject please visit our support center."

Seems that is the business model behind it. When someone gets close to a useful amount of points... Out of nowhere... BAM... account suspended.

SO... final conclusion: Don't waste your time by using the service of this scammers!

Even if your account does not get suspended, they won't reward you for watching their videos anyway, so having an account is really quite pointless.

After completing tasks on the website, I found myself banned the following day.

Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness.

It seem they do this practice to a lot of users.
