Great company

Great company, the ordering process was smooth and pain free. I received my reel on time with no issues. I contacted their customer service department and they were also very responsive and handled the minor issue efficiently.

Carbon X spinning reels

Even though the reel is made in China I like em. They're light, function very well, & seem to be well made so far. I've caught hybrid striped bass on my Carbon X1000, fishin for crappie, n landed both fish of about five to seven lbs.

After a thorough review, we found the following details regarding your order: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we immediately attempted to intercept the shipment. Since the fishing rod and fishing reel were shipped separately, they were processed differently by the carrier: the fishing rod was successfully intercepted and returned, while the fishing reel had already been delivered and could not be recalled in time.

As soon as the rod interception was confirmed, we processed a full refund for the rod. If you want to return the reel you received, please contact our customer service through the following email 【cs@piscifun】, and we will return it for free.

We truly regret any frustration this situation has caused and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to improving our processes to provide all our customers with more reliable service.
